Just Who Are We?THAT Burger Spot! was founded in early 2017, opening its first location in Riverdale, GA. The idea was simple: give the community a cool, laid back, friendly place where they can grab great quality burgers, fries, and drinks for a moderate price. Not only do we want our customers to enjoy a delicious meal or snack, but to also experience a venue that is inviting and centered on a theme that has a tendency to unite people of all shapes and sizes…music! The objective: take these two feel good activities (dining and music) and merge them to create a uniquely cultured and memorable dining experience.

1st time try, I did a to go order and this is the best burger I ever had in a very long time! I got the burger with the egg on it (forgot name) so so good! You can tell they’re homemade fresh burgers! My boyfriend picked up order and brought it home the fries were also seasoned well (Cajun fries) since it was to go the texture was off probably from steam in the box so they were soft by the time I ate them but eating them fresh probably would have been 10/10! Chicken tenders were good also for my son’s kids meal, actually chicken not breading! Im definitely going back when I want a burger again! Also the burger my boyfriend ordered with everything on it plus secret sauce …delicious!!!! I must return it didnt see the place in person so I just gave 5 starts for environment and service.

The food was tasty and clearly made with good ingredients. The burger was well prepared, juicy, and nicely presented, and the overall quality was solid. However, the prices felt quite high compared to what was served. While the experience was enjoyable, the value for money didn’t fully match the cost. This was my first time visiting this location. The customer service was terrible and the order was incorrect. On top of that, the burger was extremely salty. I also asked for the secret sauce on the side that is an option to come on the burger. They told me I’d have to pay for it. I asked why I would have to pay for the sauce that comes on it free on the side because I’m not sure if I’ll like it and was told that’s just the way it is. I couldn’t do anything but laugh and just walk out. All that only for the burger to even be too salty to eat. Never again!

I was very underwhelmed and I’ve had TBS#2 a few times. Now it’s been a minute and also my first time ordering over delivery service, but I still expected the same delicious burger. I ordered and received 2 808 burgers- which is a double bacon cheeseburger… the patty’s were over seasoned. The Cajun fries were backed or cooked in one of those cheap air fryer’s and your food have that frozen, deep feezer, smell to it… you know what im talking about… anyway – it seems they just got very very very heavy handed with the seasonings. Last time, my patties were overcooked, and now this time I specifically ordered lettuce and tomatoes on my burgers, got all the way home, sat down to finally eat, and there is neither lettuce nor tomato on my burger. My husband and I just spent $32 expecting to actually enjoy our food, and instead I’m dealing with another messed‑up order.This is the second time in a row my order hasn’t been right, and it’s honestly really frustrating and disappointing. I will be going back to see the manager tomorrow with my receipt.

This was my first visit to this location and it was just as good as location #2. The atomated menu works well and the place was very clean. The food was fresh and hot like I always want it to be. I tried the turkey burger for the first time as well as the cajun fries and I was not disappointed.
