This place has good quality burgers i had the double bacon ceddar, and a order of garlic parm truffle fries. Everything was hot made to order. Although our food took a bit longer due to one person working we understand another con about it was the amount of fries you get was a bit disappointing for what you pay for. Payed 17+ for a double and fries i couldnt see very much truffle.

The worst experience ever. Only one guy worked there. You are talking Friday evening. He was pissed because his co-worker did not show up. We waited at the counter for 30 minutes. We decided to stay because we felt sorry for him. It was a mistake. There was no communication. He did not apologize, and when he rang up the order, the machine even asked for tips. The foods were supposed to be good, but he was pissed off and did not do a good job. He added too much salt onto the burger, and the lettuce was all over the place.

My server was amazing and was patient so with me, i loved the fresh smell of the food while waiting, and it didn’t even take to long to get my order. Took way too long. 40 minutes to cook 2 burgers and it wasn’t only us. My sons bun was burned. We went to another burger chain afterwards for him. Nearly every customer I heard apologies to them as well. No milk in milk machine, no napkins. Had to ask for ketchup. Staff was friendly though.

Great burgers! Delicious fries. Decent chicken. Lacking service. I waited maybe 4-5 minutes and didn’t see a single person this last visit. I walked out to go somewhere else.
It looks like this is a weekend / evening place for dinner. Their burgers are great – made fresh, big, juicy and with tasty toppings! At lunch time… it’s slow, so I get it. Maybe get a system in place so that when someone at Oberweiss sees customers at That Burger Joint, just across the dining area, they make a call and get someone to take the order. Let us know how we can help, as customers. Bell? Call button? I wish they were busier so they can be better staffed. I would come here much more often for lunch.

The atmosphere was very strange. Tables were dirty and the wood grain looked very much abandoned. There were no signs indicating what was happening with it. The employees were really nice! Food was great! But the soda and chocolate milk tasted bad. Was very excited for chocolate milk for it to taste weird. Even the bathrooms had a weird vibe.

This place was…strange. We went in yesterday hoping to grab some food, but there was no one around. There were service people on the oberwiess side, but on the burger joint side everything looked closed down. We went at around 1:30 pm. Double checking the times, it should have been open. But nothing was up and running and ther were zero employees. Was looking forward to trying it too.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a good review. I was excited to finally try this place. The service lacked in many ways… took a while for them to acknowledge we were there and take our order. It took over 25 minutes to get our food, my burger order was wrong, and the fries were over done. It is also pricey. It was over $30 for 2 burgers w/fries and 2 drinks. I can’t even say “but they were overworked” or “but they were really nice/really trying”. (I am very empathetic to the food and service industry…. they work very hard and so many customers are thankless). But they made no eye contact with us, it’s like we were a bother to them and there were only 2 other customers there, so it’s not like they were behind due to customers.
