The decor was cute. Very slow service. To be fair a large group came in before us but two girls were working hard while the other girl was literally sitting at the counter drinking coffee while we were waiting for some for a long time. Maybe it’s not her job to help customers because I saw her cleaning tables when people left. The food was good I really liked the apple crepes. The corned beef hash has plenty of meat. Good flavor on seasoned potatoes. As you can see from my others reviews I am always looking to point out the positive but this place needs some help with the service working as a team. If they had some more help and team focus I think this could be a great place.

I was here on 12/27, Saturday morning for breakfast at about 10am. Dining room was about 1/2 full so we were immediately seated.
Service was excellent, multiple waitresses being very attentive.
Food was mediocre. I had an omelette that had generous amount of fluffy egg, but inside was cold, unmelted cheese. Homestyle potatoes were minced, cut too small and unflavorful.
Coffee was hot and promptly refilled but the weakest and least flavorful I have had in at least 30 years. This would be the main reason I would never return. Restaurants sometimes underestimate how important a good cup of coffee is in complimenting a meal.

Recently visited Prescott with my cousins and their 2 families, (there were 9 of us in total, 5 adults, 4 kids). We were looking for a family friend place and this place was ideal. We did have to wait a bit, but it was to be expected considering the size of our party, but the staff were accommodating and allowed us to split the bill 3 ways. They have neat wall decor which makes for an ideal rustic diner. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and coleslaw. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Coleslaw was good, not great. A little dry. Otherwise, cool little diner in Prescott. Worthy of a visit if you’re passing through or there for a few days.

We had an awesome meal at that Apple Pan. Super friendly staff made the meal really feel like our business was appreciated. I enjoyed the French toast combo, which was a huge portion. Our server kept the coffee cups full and it was very appreciated. Will definitely be hack on our next visit.

The food was decent, but the service was terrible. We watched others around us come in after us, get their orders taken before us, get their food and nearly finish it before our first plates were served.
Kitchen hygiene also needs to be addressed (hair nets, for starters)

There are a couple of tables outside with a shade awning, and our dog was welcomed with a bowl of ice water. My apple crepes and sausage were tasty as was my wife’s scramble. Quick and friendly service.

1/2 sandwich with small bowl soup, the sandwich was good but the soup was lukewarm. Probably should have eaten it.

This place could use a real good cleaning. The food is horribly cheap but prices do not reflect this. The biscuits and gravy were flavorless and they went real light on my gravy. Service was slow and atmosphere was dismal.

Felt like I was at Grandma’s. Delicious gooey cinnamon roll, apple “stuffed” and covered pancakes, eggs and bacon. Thank goodness we walked. This is definitely the place to go for delicious filling breakfast. I’ll bet lunch would be just as good. Our server was great!
