Southern-style pho. If you like sweeter food, you will enjoy this place. I love the vibe inside the restaurant — it feels like an Asian-style Cactus Club/Earls. Everything came out pretty fast; the back-of-house team must be excellent. FOH was great too. There are some free parking spots at the back of the restaurant, but they’re usually busy. PS: there logo looks like Tory Burch, like almost the same.

I love this place!!! This is the first Vietnamese restaurant I went after I moved here in 1999. My boss took me here. I recently ordered take out! Try their Pho ❤️❤️❤️❤️Sooo good! I’m addicted to their chilli oil. You have to get some! Sorry photo was after I ate most of it, I could not wait!

We’ve been coming here since the 80s when it opened and has been half the size of the restaurant. Always top notch consistent food. Highly recommend the spring rolls. They are very crispy, flaky and amazing with the fish sauce. The spicy beef satay soup is incredible and laden with beef and peanuts. Sizzling beef is a show stopper.
Combination Chow Mein is a great dish with the crispy noodles as a neat.
Honestly everything is amazing!

I and my partner went this restaurant closed to 8pm., which was the time they supposed to close the restaurant. But, all waitresses were nice and only remind us to order as soon as possible.
The decorations and atmosphere were great, giving us a peaceful feeling. Although there were few tables, it’s still quiet enough to hear each other’s voices.
Food service was super fast. Once we ordered, it only took around 5 minutes to service our dishes. I chose mixed seafood, which was super delicious. Alll seafood, including squids, shrimps, scallops and all vegetables were cooked just right with rich flavors, which was not always tasted in Asian cuisine restaurants in Edmonton. Especially the squids and shrimps were fresh, tender, and high quality. My partner ordered the beef pho, which was nice, but I couldn’t try because I am a pescatarian.
Waitresses were careful about our opinions of food because there were at least four of them came by our table to check whether everything going well. When we paid the bill, there were three tables but all waitresses were patient to wait for them.
This is a fantastic restaurant where I definitely go again. Highly recommend people who want to try high quality of Asian cuisine seafood within efficient service.

Have ordered take out 3 times and each time the portions and quality were excellent. The best sweet and sour chicken I’ve ever had. The vegetable fried rice was huge and so fluffy. The chicken noodle pho was awesome. So much flavour and tastes homemade. This is our go to place now for Asian food.

The restaurant impresses with its efficient service and culinary excellence. Our orders arrived promptly and were skillfully prepared, showcasing the extensive menu’s delicious offerings. Despite the minor issue of a casual greeting at the entrance and occasional difficulty in getting the waiters’ attention, likely due to their busy schedule, it did not significantly impact the overall positive dining experience. The restaurant’s commitment to delivering tasty dishes quickly outweighs these minor inconveniences, making it a recommended choice for a satisfying meal.

When one of my best friends mentioned he goes to Thanh – Thanh Oriental Noodle House once a week for lunch I knew I had to try it out. I love the fact that it was opened in 1986 by a husband and wife who specialize in traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you away because this restaurant is one of the best in Edmonton and the staff go the extra mile. You can’t go wrong with the vermicelli, combo meals, wonton soup and don’t skip out on an extra order of the imperial rolls.

I have a Vietnamese friend who takes me to these great restaurants. The food here was so amazing. Got some food to go as well for dinner. Lunch and dinner were both so great. Pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend. They even gave me a fork because I suck at chopsticks.

I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The food is amazing, I have tried so many different menu items and all have been great. If you haven’t been here it is worth the trip. The service is fast and friendly, great place for a meal before an Oiler game.
