We’ve been coming here for years and just wanted to say I think this place has gotten better and better. If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese and want a variety to choose from but still get the quality in each dish this is the place. We’re never disappointed. We live out of state now but we come back here every time in the area. Love it! Pictured: Com Tam with shrimp and tofu shrimp patty AND Chicken Curry with baguette and really good and strong Vietnamese iced coffee and deliciously fishy fish sauce ❤️

They do those set-style meals where you order for two or three people and get to choose an appetizer and an entrée. Our order never changes: sweet and sour soup with catfish, braised catfish, and watercress with extra garlic (always pay for the extra garlic).
This is one of those places I come to with my grandparents, and it genuinely feels like a home-cooked meal every time. It’s been around forever, the staff is always very nice, and they’re open late — which makes it such a reliable option.

I am very upset. I ordered pickup.
I called twice and asked for six fish sauces very, very specifically with my order to go with my dishes.
They charged me over ten dollars more based off of the menu prices and when I went to pick up my order I asked again,
Extra fish is in my bag right? (To justify the higher price)
As I check my bag, only one was included but I was charged for six …

By the time I tried to fix it and come back into the store to ask, they had already locked their doors and closed.
I had a very simple request and I am not coming back here. The food is incredibly bland and actually needs the sauce. The one sauce I did get is watered down, tastes like nothing anyway.
Way too expensive and the service is not good, they will forget when you ask them three times for a simple thing.

Totally forgot about this OG Vietnamese restaurant with all the family diner dishes. This is the place where you can still get Tom càng kho tàu where nó one else serves it. Service is on point and friendly. Good food and better pricing than most of the other family style dinner restaurant in the area.

This is one of the oldest Vietnamese restaurants in the Bolsa area. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, ever since I first moved to Orange County and finally I writing a review, because I truly want to support this place and hope they continue to maintain their quality and reasonable prices.
One of my favorite dishes here is the canh chua (Vietnamese sweet & sour soup) and cá kho tộ (caramelized braised fish in clay pot) . it’s perfectly seasoned for those who enjoy authentic Southern Vietnamese flavors, like I do. Other dishes are decent and consistently well prepared.
The restaurant may be old, but it’s kept quite clean and is located right in the heart of Little Saigon, so it’s easy to find. Service is friendly and relaxed, and there are plenty of parking spots nearby !
