Probably the best Vietnamese pancake you’ll find on Victoria Street. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which adds to the relaxed dining experience. I’ve visited several times, and the rice paper rolls are always fresh with a great flavour profile. A fantastic spot for casual dining with family and friends.

Excellent Vietnamese steamed rice rolls served with bold, savory fish sauce. The Vietnamese pork sausage is a standout. Definitely one of the best Vietnamese food spots in Melbourne.

authentic and original Vietnamese food. The place is a bit small so can be real busy during peak meal hours. Food serving is generous. Price is reasonable. Service is fast. Highly recommended.

Hell yeah. Insanely big pancakes and vermicelli bowls. Loved it here.

Thanh Ha delivers consistent Vietnamese flavours with friendly service. Their Bánh Cuốn, not found on many menus, remains the attraction. This time, we tried the Bánh Cuốn Tôm Thịt (Prawn & Pork) and enjoyed it though we prefer the pork only version.

Tasty food – very tasty!
We popped in for lunch at a whim and it happened to be Mother’s Day. Luckily enough, there was a table for two in the corner that we could grab, but it was pretty busy.
We had three dishes which was way too much for two people, but we’re greedy so adjust your order accordingly. The menu here is pretty big, but we chose some Chef recommended dishes that we are right about and certainly weren’t disappointed.
1. Banh Xeo – Vietnamese Pancake with Prawn
2. Banh Cuon – Steamed Rice Paper Roll with pork
3. Banh Khot Rau – Mini Pancake with Prawn and Vegi
Everything we had was great, but if I had to pick a star, I would probably throw the mini pancakes were my favorite . The combination of the lettuce and mint with the crunchy pancake base and tasty filling. I’ll definitely be ordering this again.
Although the place was busy, the service was friendly and dishes came out quickly. To some tasty food good service cold beer I’ll be back.

Decent quality Vietnamese restaurant specialising in dishes that you dip with fish sauce. The restaurant was very busy and I had to wait about 10 minutes before getting a seat. The smell of fragrant fish sauce hits you immediately as you sit. The service was polite and efficient.
My favourite dish here had to be the bánh xèo. The pancake batter was thin and crispy and was not too oily . The fresh herbs and vegetables paired perfectly with the dish. The only let down here was the chả lụa which tasted alittle rubbery and chewy.
Overall a great Vietnamese feed and worth a trip if in the area.

One of the best vietnamese pancake / banh xeo in Melbourne! Large and generous portions at affordable priced. Very authentic Vietnamese food with many choices of noodles, pho and rice. Just quite small and cramped with tables being super close to each other.
