We ordered the combo thali for 2 but it came with 4 curries (fish, 2 chickens, 1 mutton) & 3 vegetable dishes (okra, eggplant, cauliflower), daal and yogurt, with Rice and 2 Roti!! We got the buffet experience!! The service was extremely well and attentive. I also ordered Mango yogurt and it was bomb ! Highly recommended guys!

I had lunch today at Tali Corner and it was a great experience! I was really hungry and looking for a pure veg thali, and since there’s no proper veg thali available around Devon, the management kindly suggested their veg thali. It took a little time, but the food was freshly prepared and totally worth the wait.
The taste was authentic, the service was polite, and I definitely recommend this place for all food lovers and especially for vegetarians. Must try!

This place has the best customer service on the whole Devon avenue! They have complimentary tea and biscuit for everyone if they order a meal. This is great. Other places would charge at least $2 just for a single tea. There appetizers and dosas seems the best deal for your buck! Thali seems decent with great portions. Chai tastes better than any place in the whole Chicago area! Both black and saffron tea.

‼️Thali Corner deserves ZERO STAR review. It is located at 2350 W Devon Ave, Chicago.
‼️BAD FOOD – NO AC – BAD EXPERIENCE – DROPPINGS ALL OVER.
‼️We, a group five, had our lunch there today. We ordered Non-Veg and also Veg.
‼️There was no AC. It was a hot afternoon. But restaurant’s lady-manager did not switch on the air conditioner despite requesting her multiple times. She said the air-conditioner does not work.
‼️ When we were about to leave she switched on some noisy appliance. I asked her if this was AC. She said no; it’s the exhaust fan. So, even the exhaust was not on when we were eating there all through!!
‼️The cook took too long to assemble the food. We ordered cancellation of the order then hurriedly the food THALI (tray) arrived. The food when served was cold and meat items immersed in cold oily curry.
‼️The Kabab pieces were burnt with black carbon all over the pieces. Seemed like the cook had burnt the meat over the naked stove flame rather than some oven or appliance. The food was not palatable.
‼️One person from our group identified something that looked like droppings. He himself wiped them from the table. Droppings were still there along the sides that we noticed just before we got off. See the photo.
‼️Thali Corner on Devon Avenue Chicago is not recommended. I give this restaurant ZERO. I will give it not even one star.

We accidentally found this Thali restaurant at 10:30 PM and our food was made fresh. Ordered Veg and Mutton Thalis. The staff made sure we had good experience with food. Definitely recommend this for a good, freshly made and delicious food

My first time having thali, and this will be hard to beat! The veg thali was fantastic — a range of deliciously spiced vegetables along with tasty papad, roti, and rice. There was enough heat to satisfy a spice hound, but it wasn’t overly fiery. A great price to boot. I’ll definitely be back soon.

We just went here and everything went well from the food service to the taste. I especially want to highlight their student discount deals they offer, my group ordered them with chicken and you get a good amount of food for the money you pay. I will mention that the butter chicken entree was not to my liking, in my own personal opinion, but everything else was great. They also had a focus on service which was helpful as well. If you’re a student I highly recommend coming !!

My wife and I went to the restaurant abruptly and thought to ourselves, “Why didn’t we come here earlier?!”. Easy to read menu, exceptional service, decent wait time (25 mins for combo thali) and most importantly, one of the best thali food we’ve had in Chicago! 10/10 will come back and we highly recommend this place!
