If you like Thai, this is a must visit…and often! The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was immediate and frequent, the food was the best Thai I’ve had equivalent to Thailand! There’s a small bar perfect for a drink or two with an appetizer. Why was it not packed? Highly recommend!

While staying at the lovely Indigo Inn, we stepped out into a rainy afternoon for lunch. Luckily, right next door was this great Thai restaurant! We came in right when it opened and before they were really ready, yet we still recieved the best service from smiling faces. The atmosphere was fun and well decorated and the food was fantastic. I would highly recommend if you’re ever in the area.

I wanted to get something quick and was craving pad Thai. This place was the closest to work so I called and picked it up within 15 minutes. I was met by the owner and she seemed to be very busy, possibly working alone. Some of the food I saw walking by looked really good from the guests dining in. I thought this was a good amount of food for the price. It was about $22 after tip. I got it medium+ spicy, and the flavor was good, the noodles were cooked well but the pieces of beef I got were pretty chewy. I do want to come back and dine in to try the other dishes some time.

I ordered to go. I ordered the Drunken Noodles. I ordered three stars and I got about 10 Stars. There was no flavor at all no authentic flavor to the noodles. There was such little chicken I had to add some. I am greatly disappointed. I will say that the tumka guy was very tasty

I’m disappointed, but not surprised, by your unprofessional and defensive response.
I stand by my review. The cockroach was clearly inside the food before I opened the container. The photo I posted speaks for itself—there is no logical reason I would fabricate something so serious, especially when it directly affected my health and trust as a customer.
Rather than taking responsibility and addressing a potential health hazard, you’re trying to discredit me and imply I staged this. That’s not only insulting, it’s irresponsible—especially for a business that serves food to the public.
Also, your threat to post my name online is completely inappropriate and unethical. I submitted a factual review about my experience, which I am legally entitled to do. Attempting to intimidate or shame a customer for leaving honest feedback says far more about your business practices than my review ever could.
I hope you take future complaints more seriously and focus on resolving them professionally.

Great location, service was to be desired. It was peak dinner time and we were able to get seated very quickly. The place was pretty much empty, but the service was a bit slow. The place had a nice vibe to it with fun decor.
I ordered the dumplings and a drink from the bar to start and the Chicken Panang Curry for my entree.
Food was good but portions were smaller than expected. I’d go back again to try another night. I’m sure it was just an off night.

Stopped here with my wife as we walked around Charleston and were having a hard time finding a place with open seating. We love Thai food and usually make it a point to grab some whenever we travel. Our server Damen was an absolute legend and was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered in my life. He made some food suggestions which were all on point. The pad Thai dish was excellent, too. Ambiance was beautiful. All in all, highly recommend.

Wow! This place is incredible! I work at a nearby venue as a Director and walk by this place frequently. I decided to try it for lunch. Why haven’t I experienced this spot sooner?! The atmosphere is inviting and the area is clean. The service is impeccable and attentive. The food is fresh, flavorful, with healthy portions. It’s certainly an amazing value for anything you order. I ordered the Pad Thai with the fresh Basil Rolls in a rice wrap. It was a work of art! I’m definitely going back more frequently and recommending ThaiZapp to friends and family.

Every time I order from here I’d like to leave a 5 star review. The food here is just not the same as average Thai spot that you normally find. The hottest level is 4 peppers and let me tell you, they don’t hold their horses and I’m Chinese so I know what the real deal when I eat the real pepper.
It’s almost like getting the tears of joy from the pepper level and it’s flavorful too I absolutely love this place!!!
