I took my hubby to this restaurant for his birthday. We tried their Winterlicious Dinner Menu on a Saturday. We made a reservation, but had to call in to reschedule it for half an hour later. We did get a nice booth in less than 5 minutes of arrival. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Our glass was never empty, our empty plates were removed very promptly although the restaurant was quite busy. We didn’t need to ask for extra napkins, they just gave us without any requests – very proactive and prompt service. We had several waitstaff serving us and all of them were quite friendly. Jolie was especially outstanding and explained our queries well. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. We enjoyed everything we ordered and love our first experience. We will definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu.

The Chicken Pad Thai itself was delicious. The portion size was generous, perfect for a satisfying meal. The flavors were well-balanced with that classic mix of sweetness, tanginess, and a subtle hint of spice. The noodles were cooked nicely, the chicken was tender, and the overall quality really stood out. You can tell they put care into their dishes. The ingredients they gave on the side were also good.
Based on this experience alone, we’re definitely looking forward to trying more items from their menu. If you’re craving tasty Thai food delivered with care, this is a definite try.

I love the private booth options first and foremost. It was easy to make a reservation online, and the Winterlicious deal was worth it. There was more food than I could finish and the texture of the beef pad see ew was so satisfying. The flavours were spot-on. Service was also great, the waitstaff came to check on us and refill our water often.

I’ve been visiting this spot every few months for a while now, and I just have to say—I love it! They have seriously stepped up their game recently. The food presentation is way better now; everything looks beautiful when it hits the table.
Despite the upgrade in looks, they haven’t skimped on the food—the portions are still generous and filling. It’s great to see a favorite spot just keep getting better. Highly recommend!

Best Thai I’ve had in a long time. Had the Tom yum soup, pad see kew with seafood, holy thai basil chicken with rice, and the mango sticky rice. All of them were fantastic, especially highly recommend the thai basil chicken, Tom yum soup and the mango sticky rice. Made us happy on a -15 temperature day. Great service as well. Kudos!

The food tasted great! They made it spicy at my request, and it was actually as spicy as I wanted it which doesn’t always happen when you ask restaurants to make food spicy. In addition, they handed out roses to the ladies for Valentine’s Day which was a sweet gesture. I will definitely revisit.

I made a reservation for two, but we were seated at a very tiny table. The Tom Yum soup was only lukewarm. The mango salad and beef satay were acceptable. However, the deep-fried calamari was overcooked and tasted burned. The biggest disappointment was the pineapple fried rice. It was served in a pineapple shell but was also only lukewarm, contained almost no visible pineapple pieces, and had very few cashews Honestly, it felt like the pineapple shell might have been reused, which raised some concerns about hygiene.

Always a solid spot for Thai food! Been here with my partner and friend a few times and the taste of food has been consistent so far. Service is prompt and friendly. Would recommend the green curry, pad thai and hot and sour soup.

Had a great experience at Thairoomgrand – York Mills! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Thai flavors, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a nice dinner with family or friends. Will be coming back again
