Manager was very rude I called because whoever packaged my order it was a hole in the lid and all my sauce spilled in the bag instead of replacing the sauce or apologizing she tried to blame me which is ridiculous why would I want my food floating in soy sauce very rude don’t recommend. ! Busy night for this carry-out business, I called ahead and placed my order. It was waiting for me when I arrived. Food was delicious! Pad Prik with Chicken Medium spice level was on point! Dinner size portions are easily enough for 2 – 3 very hungry people. Would recommend to anyone!!!

I’m a regular at Thai Xpress because the food is amazing! I’ve been eating Thai cuisine for over 25 years, and this place is some of the best I’ve had! Very flavorful and made as spicy as you want. Order off the menu or do a “make your own” stir-fry and put whatever you want in it!

Terrible service and food was thrown together. The owner refused to remake and threatened to call police. Please look at the food pics attached. The noodles would not even come apart. There was no filling inside the crab ragoons at all!

Unfortunately the customer service from management leaves a lot to be desired…Staff processed the wrong order, and they have the odassity to have an attitude…Poor customer services will not allow your business to survive…and retain loyal customers…BooHoo…You won’t be getting my business any more…My money can certainly be spent wisely with other vendors…Terrible…

The food is fresh and clean. The wait is usually quick, and food is quality. The food is not cheap but you pay for what you want. The one negative is that you have to ask for condiments. If you don’t, you won’t have them. UPDATE: The process to order is not as customer friendly as previously, and they are very short staffed. The food did not seem to be affected, but the prices seem to have increased since the last time I was there.

These my ppls!! They go above and beyond every time! Like most restaurants, they have their bad experiences & customers; but overall they wear GLOVES all the time, I’ve never got a hair in my food, if they mess up they are cool about fixing or reimbursing me. I just know there so humble and awesome. Lunch specials are amazing, dinner portions are larger! I jus love this place, for lunch, dinner, snack to split with someone , it’s all great!!
