Here’s a quaint little restaurant that we found to have delicious food. I had the Duck Red Curry and The Wife took the Pineapple Fried Rice. Our appetizer was, of course, Crab Rangoon. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on. We will definitely make our way back to Thai Won On in the near future.

This was a great find for takeout Thai food and we were pleasantly surprised. The place was small and cute and customer service was great, and even though we had arrived before the takeout time they immediately started preparing our order. The food was delicious and had an authentic taste. We ordered a takeout of the green curry, pineapple fried rice and the shrimp wonton appetizer. Loved the curry n fried rice a lot. Will definitely try other items in the menu soon.

Thai Won On in the Short Pump area is fantastic hidden gem. It’s a very tiny restaurant. The food is delicious with generous portions, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. A great place to grab a meal or takeout — highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding Thai cuisine! My family hasn’t experienced much Thai food before, but this meal completely won them over. The fried chicken with sticky rice was a hit with my mom and cousin—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly paired. My aunt and I indulged in the Pad Thai, and for her very first time, she was amazed by how delicious it was. Even my mom, who typically avoids spice, couldn’t resist trying my medium-spice dish and ended up loving it. To top it all off, our server Jay Jay was exceptional—attentive, warm, and made the evening feel extra special. An unforgettable dining experience we can’t wait to repeat!

Was excited to try given the reviews but Thai Won On was a bit of a disappointment. Much more of a takeout spot. The drinks menu consisted of wine or beer. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. The service was ok considering there was one person taking care of everything. Maybe it was an off night but it wasn’t the best experience.

I enjoyed visiting this restaurant with my wife! What a great find while traveling through Virginia. I love Thai food and have visited Thailand several times, but when returning to the US, I find many Thai food restaurants don’t match the experience I had overseas. This restaurant, Thai Won On, was great. I had the Pad See Ew and it was great! The owners were very friendly, atmosphere was uplifting and the food was outstanding. Definitely making a note of this location and returning whenever possible in the future.

We did a pick up order and the food was delicious and fresh! Loved every bit of it and you get so much for the price and quality of the food! 10/10 recommend the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles!

We stopped in for lunch and a wonderful Authentic Thai meal … Som Tum salad, chicken Larb, and chicken satay were all delicious. The food is delicious, atmosphere is intimate and the service is superb. JJ was our server and we really enjoyed meeting and talking with him. We’ll be back soon.

Wow! We happened to be in the area and found this gem! It is a lovely place. We enjoyed the lunch specials, perfectly spiced and delcious. Red curry with shrimp and drunken noodles with chicken. I LOVE the eggplant in the curry. Friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you for a wonderful lunch .

Super cute intimate Thai restaurant. Immaculate clean. Kind Staff. The pineapple rice with chicken and shrimp was ridiculously good. Like wake up and plan your day around having more. Super flavorful. Definitely a winner.
