What a warm, inviting, wonderful experience! We get everything… cocktails, appetizers, salad, poke bowl, sushi, dessert, and it was all great. The staff was super friendly and attentive and the prices were really reasonable for all of that great food. It just opened recently and already I’m committed to coming back for more!

The restaurant was really nice inside, super quiet and clean. However, the food and the service were not what we had hoped for. It took about 45 minutes to get our food, but the place wasn’t crowded at all for it to take this long. When the food finally did come out, we were not pleased with what we got. The sushi and soup was fine, but if you’re thinking of ordering anything with grilled chicken I would think twice. We got the vegetables in brown sauce with grilled chicken, and I’m pretty sure this is just frozen chicken strips you can get at the grocery store. Like I said the staff and atmosphere are great, but the food was disappointing. If you go, I recommend stick to sushi only.

The Tom Kha soup was phenomenal! The chicken satay was dry and the sauces it came with weren’t very good.

I have been to the Dayton location and decided to give this location a try. Papaya salad appetizer and Sushi is what me and my husband ordered. Same great food, atmosphere and service as the Dayton restaurant!

Great food, prices, and service. We ordered sushi, yellow curry, and tom yum soup. All was very fresh and flavorful. You could tell a lot of effort went into preparing the food. Our waitress was very kind and attenative as well. Definitely would dine in again.

This place has been very consistent and is now our go-to local Thai place. We usually get take out, but also dined in for sushi and it was great. All of the dishes we’ve tried here so far have been good, which is a nice change because it always feels like gamble when I order something new from other similar restaurants.
My only complaint about this place is that there is still a gross sewer smell that hits you when you walk in. I don’t fault the restaurant for this – it was the same (maybe worse) with the past two businesses in this location. It’s the main reason we don’t eat inside the restaurant, and were a little disappointed they haven’t figured out a solution.

Thai Village is a wonderful new addition to Oakley. We stopped in to get out of the cold and immediately felt welcomed by the cozy, warm atmosphere. The service was incredible from start to finish. The panaang curry was rich, balanced, and possibly the best I’ve had, and the glass of wine I ordered was lovely. A perfect spot to warm up and enjoy a really good meal.
