If you go into the city of Fort Walton/Mary Eshter, you will notice tons of Thai restaurants. Which makes our job difficult to choose from. Well, when you know the parking lot is full, you know it has to be a very good place to eat!
If you are looking for a great deal for lunch, this is your pick. They have a lunch special Tues-Fri until 3pm. The amount of food they give was shocking.
Lunch menu is selective but it does have some of the popular items on there. The meal comes with egg drop soup and spring roll. This is where I didnt give them 5 stars because I wished they had an option for vegetarians. I had asked to swap the soup and spring roll.
For my vegetarian friends, please make sure to ask. The waiter never said anything and I was starving but the spring roll does have meat!
Everything we had was delicious and had plenty to take back home. If you order anything take out, they only give you spring roll not the soup which was strange.
The have hand sanitizer on the table. The atmosphere was busy. Our waiter wasnt the friendliest and I was scared to ask for things. Once the lunch crowd died down, the waiter did confess that he was overwhelmed and needed help and it gets busy.
This place is very authentic and recommend it to anyone who loves Thai food. Seemed like a family was running the place which made it special. The lady in the front was sweet.
Definitely coming back in the future.

This Thai Town’s Tom Yum soup is an absolute flavor explosion!
The broth had that perfect balance of hot, sour, salty, and a hint of sweetness that makes authentic Tom Yum so addictive. The lemongrass and lime leaves gave it such a fresh, aromatic quality, while the slight spice brought just the right amount of heat that warmed me up without overwhelming my taste buds. (You can get but I prefer mild)
We’ve lived her for more that 20+ years and we still love this Thai Town’s Tom Yum Soup the most.

This is by far our favorite Thai place in Ft Walton as well as top 5 of any others we’ve visited on our travels. My husband always gets the fried rice (Thai hot), my 4yo daughter has been eating their egg drop soup since she was 18 months old, and I try varying things on the menu but my post today is about my favorite thing I’ve had. The chicken coconut soup is out of this world!! Pictured below it was the perfect mix of flavors and the broth is absolutely delicious. Their Thai beef salad is also excellent (I like to order a side of sticky rice to go with it). The Pad Thai is decent but I would say it’s the least impressive of any meals I’ve tried here. The mango sticky rice is also a go-to for us, as long as mangos are in season.

Rich menu, delicious seafood curry my husband loves to eat, if you are a good spicy eater, choose Thai spicy, it is very spicy and very Thai. I like to eat fried rice here, tasty. And the serving of fried rice is big, it’s for 2 people.
Affordable price. Love this place!!!

Thai town is hands down the best Thai restaurant in the area with quality, service, taste, and good prices in relation to it all! I recommend this place and eat here multiple times a week. I may have a problem, but I love their food lol!

Fresh! Fresh! Fresh! Every single visit. With dozens of Thai restaurants to like in Ft Walton Beach, this one is definitely one of my favorite go to’s. I prefer the soups Tom Yum, Egg Drop, Wonton… Each one is prepared with love, fresh ingredients, and intense flavor!
The quality and service are very family style. This wonton soup is much better than any other average wonton soup because of the fresh peas, carrots, cabbage, chicken, garlic, etc. AndI can’t help but love that this soup is chicken wonton where most are made with pork, but that’s just my preference!

Got take out for the first time. Had the chicken Pad Thai (Thai hot) and the taste was great with good heat and portion size was more than enough. Had a side of fried rice as well as spring rolls which were also very good!

They never fail! My go-to-Thai restaurant when I’m in town. This place is a gem! Right off Beal Parkway and easy access. Wait staff are consummate professionals and so kind. The flavor of the food just dances on your tongue. This place is the best! Take the time to check them out. They also do carrot as well.
