I’m pretty new to Colville and was delighted to see that there was a Thai spot here. After living in Portland for a long time and being spoilt for choice with a lot of great thai places, Thai To Go doesn’t disappoint—the Pad Thai is delicious and is the go-to but the Gang Massaman is also great.
As people have mentioned, it’s a small spot and there’s only two people but the service is friendly and the food is absolutely worth the small wait.

The food? 10 stars! Loved it. I had the Chicken Pad Thai and it was very flavorful. I wasn’t asked about what spice level but it seems a 2-3 which was perfect. The amount of food you get is a lot as well. It is served with veggies on the side, so you can add as much as you want or as little. Service was good and fast. Rumor has it if you want to get timely lunch or dinner service, phone ahead as it gets very busy.

We ordered ahead it took them about 25 minutes to complete the order. I ordered tom ka gai, pad woon sen, bean noodles the soup was spicey, but really good. I would have loved to added pictures of the food…. But it was so good we ate it all before I remembered . It looked really clean. We WILL be ordering from them again!!!!!

Probably the best food in Steven’s County, the couple that runs it keep the place clean and the food is fresh and very consistent every time. The parking lot is pretty tight but there’s better parking around the block. I’ve tried about everything there and the only things I wasn’t a fan of was the soups, otherwise everything else is delicious. I’d recommend calling ahead because they can get very busy and it’s only two people running it.

Best Thai food this side of Thailand! Takes forever, but you can grab curry-in-a-hurry every day they’re open and it’s totally worth it. Most of the time there’s little wait for that.
