Thai Thai’m strives to be more than just a restaurant. To truly live up to our motto of healthy, authentic, exquisite, we packed our menu full of unique, exotic entrees that even the most adventurous foodies would be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. (Except maybe Thailand.) We don’t believe in serving up greasy lo mein. Instead, we offer a wide variety of made-from-scratch dishes: from indulgent offerings like succulent and tender pork (Kao Ka Moo) to hearty, hot-and-sour noodle soup (Tom Yum Goong) to lean and sizzling Thai beef hot plate.

This is a really upsetting review to have to write after years of loving this place.
My wife and I have been regulars for a long time. We are gluten-free, we always order gluten-free items, and we are always very clear with our servers about that. The menu clearly marks gluten-free options, and we rely on that.
On our most recent visit, our server ran out to stop us from eating a sauce we had been served — a sauce we’ve eaten many times and were told was gluten-free. She took it away, then came back and said it actually was gluten-free. Then she returned again to tell us that an appetizer sausage we order regularly is not gluten-free.
When we said that we’ve been eating it for years and that it is labeled gluten-free on the menu, her response was essentially, “Oh!? It says it’s gluten-free on the menu, then it is,” after previously telling us it wasn’t.
At that point, we had no idea what information to trust. For people who are gluten-free, this kind of back-and-forth is not just frustrating — it completely undermines trust. Whether something is gluten-free shouldn’t change mid-conversation.
The food itself is still amazing, which is what makes this so disappointing. We’re leaving this review because there is no clear way to contact management directly. We hope this is taken seriously, because we genuinely want to feel confident eating here again.

Amazing flavors, I really loved the satay with the side dipping sauce. I typically get the pad Thai, it’s just my favorite. Some Thai restaurants make their pad Thai on the sweet side vs savory. This location had savory pad Thai and it was fantastic. I definitely recommend this place, our waitress was attentive, food came out fairly quickly, though we were there before the dinner rush. Either way, had a great experience there. I liked the seating/chairs as well. We will definitely be coming back to make this one of our regular spots!

Lovely little place. The pictures don’t do the cozy feel justice so you’ll just have to come for yourself. I went on new years day and there was only one waiter so even though he was busy he gave very good service. The portion sizes were great for the price and the food was very flavored.

Excellent! Delicious Thai experience in a small restaurant. Service and atmosphere were great for a great meal and conversation.
The Thai basil with pork, as well as the shrimp pineapple curry were superb!
Cannot wait to go back. This will be my go-to Thai place.

The food was amazing! Place was very clean and the staff was seriously so wonderful. My family ordered the pad thai, basil fried rice and green curry and I will be dreaming about that basil fried rice for weeks. I will be coming here every time we are in Loveland. Thanks!

Went for dinner 4/1/24 after reviewing their takeout menu that our friend had. They no longer serve the fried fish filet listed on their takeout menu and also did not have any pork so each dish was +$2 for beef. I ordered Thai Tea but got Thai coffee instead. I didn’t send back the drink but I should have. The table next to us ordered beer and returned them because their beers were not chilled. The Num Tok salad had very good flavor but the beef was so tough and chewy that my mother-in-law could not chew through it. I decided to try the Salmon Pae Sa from their special menu; the sour broth was decent but nothing to write home about. The pad thai, drunken noodles and pad see-ew were good; the boys wolfed it down. When we asked about the desserts, the waiter said he has never tried any of them and so cannot recommend any. The next time we are in town, we will pick a different Thai restaurant to try out.

Delicious food! We ordered chicken satay (the meat was seasoned enough to taste the turmeric, delicious peanut sauce!) crab lagoon dumplings, and a delicious soup to start with. We had to glasses of wine and a beer to go with our noodle entrées.
Servers were kind and attentive, restaurant ambiance was nice and bathrooms were clean!
Update: we ordered out here… avoid if you can. I don’t know what was up, but the taste of the take out was terrible in comparison with what we experienced sitting in.. there was too much… molasses??

Stopped at Thai Thaim to satisfy some cravings. Went with the Laab Gai along with Tom yum soup. Also got the chicken soup. Very happy to say that the food was absolutely delicious, very true to their roots. Would visit again.
