This place was closed for a few months and recently reopened. First time walking in, I noticed that it’s not a big place and the decoration is very simple and old, not fancy like some places. It was quiet and quaint and would have been great for conversation. I got the lunch special Thai noodle soup with chicken and opted for medium spicy and a side salad instead of soup since I already had soup in my noodle. The side salad, while small in portion compared to other Thai restaurants, was tasty with a sweet ginger based dressing. The dressing was way too sweet for me but I can see others liking it. The egg roll that came with the lunch special was vegetarian and bland, which was disappointing at first bite but when combined with the sweet salad dressing, it became quite amazing. While the noodle soup bowl was smaller in size, it was packed to the brim with noodles, I came in hungry and was satiated at the end of the meal. The soup was tangy and spicy and The dish could have used more vegetables other than the occasional bean sprouts, and cilantro and onions for garnish. The inclusion of fish balls, ground pork, peanut on top of the protein of choice was a stroke of genius and gave this dish additional layering that was quite enjoyable. Beware that the spicy scale here is legitimate and I felt the medium spiciness burn and I would opt for mild in future visits. Highly recommended and looking forward to trying the stir fries, dry noodles and curry dishes.

We come in once a year for a family celebration. Our family lives in a different state. But we pick this delicious restaurant to meet & celebrate
The server remembered our allergies and even the order from a year ago. She made great suggestions too. Crazy amazing.
Food is delicious and filling.
The restaurant is not anything special, but the food & service are great.

This place is a hidden gem. We stopped by randomly for a quick lunch and I am glad we did. We got lava chicken and red curry noddles. Both dishes were delicious!

Everything is more expensive than the menu linked here. $18 for curry and $5 for rum cake. Rum cake was worth it, at least. The curry isn’t the sweet coconut curry you’ll get at other Thai restaurants. Much stronger flavor.

Owner is excellent, quaint little dining area with personalized service. The food is good, but this place is rated so high because of the owner who is next level. The egg roll was the best I’ve ever had and I honestly usually don’t eat them. Careful ordering spicy, take it down one level from your norm.

Gaeng keow waan, Crab Rangoon, Chicken Pad Thai, Kad Pao Subpraross, Guay Teow Rad Nah – were all good! We did carry out and the food was done on time. Also dined in and it was very cozy!

Thai Taste never disappoints. It’s been a minute since I’ve eaten here…. It’s been a favorite of my family’s for 20+ years. I am so glad to see the they are still running a great business; the food quality remains awesome, the owner STILL waits tables and serves, and he continues to make his famous homemade ice cream. And wait – the prices have not increased…. I’m sure the prices are the same range as at least a couple years ago. Shocking considering food costs have gone up every where.
Despite that, our portions were still great and the food was absolutely delicious.
Pictured: #42 Pla Sarm Ross (deep fried tilapia), #37 Seafood medley, #40 Pud Thai with chicken, and homemade mint ice cream.
Do yourself a favor and save room for ice cream. If you’re really wanting something special, save room for rum cake AND ice cream.

I had a great lunch there on Saturday. It was simple pad Thai with chicken and it tasted great. I picked hot and it was just right for me. For reference, I am Chinese, so hot would be average hotpot spicy.

We went to this place for dinner right before the movie. I ordered the curry with peanut flavor, my daughter ordered green curry with chicken and my son ordered some kind of vegetables with chicken. Also we ordered Thai dumplings for the appetizer. Personally I didn’t like Thai dumplings. I’d rather have either Chinese or Korean dumplings. Besides that, all three dishes are good. We had a good time.
