The kind friendliness you receive from this spectacular family owned business is so very special. The quaint food truck park located two blocks from Waikiki beach is filled with competitors, but Thai Tacos is a force to be reckoned with. The Thai-Mexican fusion created here delivers delicious punches of flavor that you too will need in your life. The Tajin Fries are already going to be a regular craving.

Man, the tastiest tacos and the fusion flavors just wow! I wish the portions were bigger, but, oh well. The chef recommended I try the combination taco plate. Definitely worth checking out. All the meats had a slightly crunchy outer layer with tender goodness dominating the tacos. The corn tortillas were fine, standard and not bad, but not taco truck style. I’m glad I didn’t get the extra side of rice. Now I can check out some other places before I leave Honolulu. If you’re hoping for large portions, this is not the place, but I would totally come back because those flavors are great!

I actually starred this restaurant before I even got to Hawaii and they didn’t disappoint. The pork belly tacos were so good. They were tender and I liked the sauce on them (I don’t remember what the sauce was lol). When I go back to the island I want to try more of the menu items.

The thai grilled beef tacos were amazing. I love thai food and must say that this is a phenomenal marriage of thai food and tacos. I was shocked when I saw the order because they are so generous with the beef portion. It’s really good quality and flavorful beef! I cannot stop thinking about it. The delicious flavor of the grilled beef tacos with that thai chili sauce is still lingering on my tongue. I want more!!! It’s a must try. You won’t regret it.

Delicious tacos, we order the shrimp and the crispy pork Belly tacos the flavor was amazing on both. We also order the Horchata and the Thai ice tea horchata both drinks had a very great taste. We are definitely coming back to get some more tacos. 3 comes in each plate.
The prices is also a good price the portion are very reasonable amount and that’s a plus.

Really really yummy tajin shrimp tacos that were well seasoned! Just a heads up – the tacos by themselves didn’t fill me up though so maybe get a side or shave ice from the truck next to it 🙂

I spent a week in Honolulu, and this was my favorite food of the trip! I came back twice, and will make a stop here a requirement of future trips! The tacos are a fun twist on Thai food, but the food is great even eaten in a more traditional way, like their rice plates. Give them a try!

The chicken satay tacos were delicious! Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Generous portion of chicken, friendly staff, and memorable experience. One of the highlight spots of our trip and worth visiting if you haven’t tried it yet. Wish we had this spot in our local area.
