Thai Square delivered a satisfying and flavorful experience well-executed dishes that keep you coming back. I ordered the drunken noodles, which were hearty and packed with bold Thai flavors—slightly on the salty side for my taste, but still very enjoyable and nicely balanced with fresh ingredients. My son chose the chicken with chili sauce, which lived up to its name with a serious kick; a bit spicier than expected, but clearly made with care and authenticity. Overall, the food was delicious, and well prepared, making Thai Square a solid go to for anyone craving classic Thai cuisine before a major snowstorm headed our way.

Friendly service. Food was prepared quickly and served immediately.

The owner was attentive even though there was a lot of take-away service.

The lowest spice level for the Num Tok salad was at the upper limit for my spice tolerance. Lots of superb flavors

This place feels like a hidden gem. I have celiac disease and they know exactly what I can and cannot have. Everything was delicious! The best Thai I’ve had in Philly. The person I chatted with on the phone and in the restaurant when I picked up the food was really nice and helpful. I’m so glad to have this place in the neighborhood.

This is the first time I ordered from this restaurant. I did only because of the great reviews. However, I have no idea how this restaurant could have gotten the spectacular reviews it did. Perhaps my dinner was out of the ordinary. I very rarely do reviews. I had to do one here just to be the opposing voice. The noodles were soggy, completely overcooked, and it tasted like somebody opened up a jar of Hunts tomato sauce and poured it on top of these overdone noodles. The shrimp inside, however, was fresh. As far as the shrimp roll appetizer, all I could taste was lettuce. I’m so very sorry to give negative reviews. Normally, I refrain from doing any at all. But, when I’m spending $30+ dollars with tip, etc. for dinner, at the very least it should be edible.

Delicious food! Good service, and a nice little place. I would highly recommend checking this out if you’re nearby! I’m glad to have have discovered it and finally made my way over. The dumplings, the duck, and the golden rolls were all great!

First time visiting this place. Definitely going back. Staff were friendly, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. We ordered the Fresh-Shrimp roll and Chicken satay as an appetizer. The seafood extravaganza and Pad Woonsen with chicken and ended the night with their mango sticky rice.

Great little place hidden away nicely, not a bad thing. Stopped here for lunch and it was amazing. Friendly staff and attentive.
Inside was small but clean and had a nice outdoor area.
Ordered the Thai ice tea, tulip dumplings, red curry with shrimp, seafood extravaganza and mango sticky rice.
Everything was delicious and nicely presented. Medium spice wasn’t bad at all, my wife’s Thai hot had some kick to it.
Price is reasonable compared to the other Thai restaurants I’ve visited.
Whenever in Philly again, I’ll definitely revisit.

I have been coming to this restaurant since they opened. It’s always my go to Thai place when I’ve craving for Thai food. My favorite is their duck with green curry. And I also always get their seafood Tom yum soup. It comes with a generous amount of seafood which includes squid, scallops and shrimp. I just tried their Thai green tea for the first time and fell in with it. I think I found my new favorite drink. It’s very light and refreshing. You can definitely taste the difference between the Thai green tea vs the regular Thai tea. This has a little floral flavor to it. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you want to try something different. The customer service is always outstanding.

Thai Square is my neighborhood’s local Thai restaurant, and although I’ve only visited twice, I found their food to be pretty good. My wife and I went there for dinner on a quiet weekday, with only one other table occupied. We tried the Thai beef salad, crab fried rice, and pad thai. While the food was generally okay, the fried rice was a bit too salty for my taste. The pad thai was enjoyable, and the portion size was regular, not overly large. If you’ve never had Thai beef salad before, I recommend trying it, but be cautious of the sour dressing – you might want it on the side. Overall, I’d come back here again, and I’d suggest Thai Square for a casual dining experience.

Weather is getting better and they opened up their outdoor seating!

Ordered summer rolls and they were kind enough to take the basil out of one set and keep it normal on the other.

Noodles and curry always good. Service is quick and very friendly. Fortunate to have a good place in the neighborhood.
