Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. My favorite dish was tum ka-noon and khang ho absolutely delicious! You can really tell they care about quality and presentation.
Highly recommended. I will definitely come back again!
Tonight I was disappointed because I ordered a Tom Yum soup with coconut, noodles and shrimp. Unfortunately I received chicken instead. And I am one of the few people in America that is a meat eater and doesn’t really care for chicken. And there wasn’t much coconut milk either. I pulled all the chicken out and gave it to my wife.
She got chili basil with chicken and liked it. She gave it a 4.2 out of 5. I think the food wasn’t quite as good as it has been but it’s still worth eating here – especially for their lunch plates.
The tofu salad rolls were fat and delicious. Very good peanut sauce. Maybe the best I’ve had in town!
The restaurant employee handed me only one order. I asked her what I should do with the second identical order, and she told me that I needed to cancel it. So I did. I confirmed and picked up the first order by scanning the QR code on the receipt attached to the bag and delivered it directly to the customer. The second order I canceled right in the restaurant, in the presence of the employee.
At the end of the day, I received a notification from the delivery service stating that I had been reported for taking an order and not delivering it. Obviously, the second order that I canceled at the employee’s recommendation was later reassigned to other couriers who came to the restaurant. As a result, the restaurant staff mistakenly assumed that I had failed to deliver the order and filed a complaint against me.
I believe that this complaint was submitted by the restaurant without any basis and without any evidence. I fulfilled my delivery duties, which is confirmed in my delivery history. The second duplicated order, which likely appeared in the system by error, was canceled with the restaurant employee’s approval. I never received a second bag or second order from this restaurant, despite being falsely accused of that.
Therefore, I kindly ask the management to issue an apology for the false accusation that I took and failed to deliver an order, and to notify the delivery service that the complaint submitted by the restaurant against me was made in error.
Upd: Thank you for your response. I have updated my review rating for you to positive. I am currently investigating this incident with the delivery service, as the issue is likely on their side.
Portions were quite large, so our order turned out to be meals for two spread over multiple days. Everything reheated beautifully.
My only heads-up for visitors is to point out that Thai Sky shares a smallish parking lot with Pizzicato next door, and the layout is a one way U shaped lot with narrow parking spaces, so if you have a choice of vehicles, lean towards the smaller one.
The dining area is very nice – I’m looking forward to a time when eating indoors becomes possible again. In the meantime, this is a terrific spot for take out.
