A True Culinary Gem: The Absolute Best Thai in Utah County!
Thai Simple Dish deserves all the praise I can give it—and more! I have been a devoted customer for a long time, and I’m convinced this is hands down the best Thai food in Utah County (and perhaps all of Utah!).
I have happily traveled the menu here, from the Pad Thai to the curries, and the experience has been consistently five-star excellent. Every dish is fresh, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with love. The flavors are authentic, vibrant, and always hit the spot. I have truly never had a mediocre bite here.
This little restaurant is an absolute GEM! If you’re looking for the highest quality Thai food in Provo, or anywhere in the area, look no further than Thai Simple Dish. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely incredible. Thought about it all week and went back 7 days later and it was just as amazing. Thinking about maybe trying to eat there seven days in a row ♂️
Wifey had the pineapple curry, I had the massaman curry. Both incredible. Pot stickers were great.
There are only like six or seven tables inside, so don’t be afraid to call in an order for takeout.
I need them to open a new location right next to my house and work so I can eat here all the time and my location won’t give me away…

I LOVE mango sticky rice so I’m always looking out for a place that serves good quality, YUMMY, mango sticky rice.
The mango sticky rice here was so good! See my half eaten plate lol.
It wasn’t drenched in the sweet coconut concoction, there was just enough to cover the rice and dip my mangoes in. They are not stingy with their mangoes AND they’re ripe! The rice is a bit salty which offsets the sweetness in the perfect way. Overall it was so yummy!

So good!!! Best Thai food I’ve had in Utah. I got the Cashew Entree with chicken at a level 3 spicy level. My husband got the pho and absolutely loved it. It’s a small cozy restaurant.

best thai food in Utah! if you’re looking for thai food that’s not overpriced, has that home cooked meal vibe, and tastes delicious look no further. They also have the best mango sticky rice I’ve ever had and I think about it all the time.

This unassuming little restaurant hits you big with the food. I ordered the yellow curry, and it was fantastic all around. The rice, chicken, & vegetables, all delicious with more than enough to feed a hungry man. The staff were very kind, and I really enjoyed the decor, lots of beautiful peacocks! A place to come back to for sure.

Loved this place! We came in from out of town and decided to take a chance on this restaurant. It’s basically one of those holes in the wall restaurants that surprise you with their excellent food. We had pineapple fried rice, stir fried vegetables, and crispy orange chicken. I thought the orange chicken was a little too sweet but my eating companions disagreed. The other two dishes were perfect. And we loved the cute servers who were so kind and attentive. We’d definitely come back!

I tried this place foe the first time on a recommendation from a friend. I went for my go-to Thai dish of massuman curry with pork. It was all fresh and delicious as expected, but I was surprisingly pleased with the quality of the meat. I’m used to getting slim shavings of pork or chicken that just takes on the flavor of the dish. This however was small pieces of tender delicious pork that stood out in the dish. I also had some sticky rice and peanut dipping sauce as an appetizer. Another favorite of mine with Thai food. Service was prompt and friendly and it was a good amount of food for the price. I will definitely eat there again when I come down to Provo.

Only good things to say about this place! The spring rolls were perfectly crunchy and served with a Thai sweet and sour sauce that was the perfect complement. If you’re into peanut sauce, ask for a side of that with the spring rolls. Their peanut sauce is one of the best I’ve had. The yellow curry was delicious, with a healthy mix of veggies and chicken. Only $11 for a good amount of curry. The mango sticky rice tasted authentic, warm and sweet. This place was opened 3 months ago by a nice couple from Vietnam. Incredible service and the food came out within 10 or so minutes.
