Thai Siam is by far the worst Thai food in town. My most recent (and final) experience there was with the Pad Kee Mow, a staple of Thai cuisine. It was horrible. There was an off taste to it (sort of sour) and the noodles were chewy/hard like they had been left out and then reheated. I have been here 3 or 4 times and have never had anything good from this place. Why would anyone go here when you can go to Simply Thai and have some of the best food in Louisville for a cheaper price!!??
