My husband and I stopped by on our way up 81 and were so impressed! We ordered the Garden Roll, Red Curry Chicken, and Beef Pho. All of which were AMAZING! The garden roll was a light appetizer and I was pleased with how the rice paper wasn’t gummy. The red curry was a pleasurable spice-level complimented by the sweet, creamy coconut milk within it. I loved it! My husband also thoroughly enjoyed the pho and said that “if I were sick this would make me feel better.”

My husband and I were visiting Charlottesville and craving Thai food. We came across Thai Phanom online, and the food photos looked so good that we decided to make the drive to Harrisonburg — and I’m so glad we did! I ordered the Crispy Duck Basil, and it was phenomenal. The duck was perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and full of flavor. The portion was generous and definitely worth the price.
Not to mention the Chicken Satay — the chicken was so soft and tender it practically melted in my mouth! The peanut sauce paired with it was delicious too.
The staff were friendly, and the restaurant had a cozy, welcoming vibe. If you’re in the area (or even an hour away!), this place is absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped here tonite . We’re traveling back to New York . The best Thai food I’ve ever had hands down!! The service was fantastic . Highly recommend chicken pad Thai , spring rolls and the tom yum soup with shrimp. The soup was not on the menu but were so accommodating and made it !! We will be back next time we’re passing through . Do yourself a favor and stop you wont be disappointed. And I’m super picky !

If you love heaping piles of portions, authentic flavors, and friendly service, this is the Thai place in Harrisonburg for you! I was so happy they had pad woon sen on the specials (it’s my favorite), and it was full of delicious wood ear mushrooms and vegetables. Highly recommend as a lunch spot.
