No shrimp in your pad Thai? That’s weird. But ok. So I asked for it to be added. They charged me $6.49 to add shrimp. Ok. So how many you think I got? 4. I got four shrimp in there. A year ago this meal was chicken and shrimp (like a normal pad Thai) and was like $13. So it came $20.75 for a pad Thai chicken shrimp combo. I won’t do that again.

Up until today I absolutely loved this place it was so delicious and usually great service. Today after enjoying my almost 80$ meal, my boyfriend and I go to pay and the owner (I believe) starts complaining to him about the tip we are trying to give. It was a 5$ tip which I understand might be a little low but we are about to have a baby, so we’ve been trying to save, it’s something. She proceeded to take the handheld card reader over to the main POS up front, and added a $12 tip on to our bill.. didn’t ask or tell us just wanted us to sign for it. My boyfriend noticed the bill was significantly higher and said why is it 7 dollars more.. She said because we spent this much money on food we NEEDED to give her a 15% tip.. which I’m sorry but no I don’t. Even if you are going to charge someone that you should have it posted.. when we tried telling her we don’t need to give you 15% we can add a custom tip, she told us we were poor and mean and never allowed back, which after being yelled at I wouldn’t return there anyways. I had never felt so much disrespect before in my life. All I can say is don’t plan on leaving here without having to give them 15% tip.

As an employee of a local business I frequent this establishment at least once a week! Usual 2 times a week and have been for a few months. The service from the staff, and owners is top notch. And the quality of the food is unmatched. Always fresh and so flavorful. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We love Thai Patio! We ate here two days in a row while on vacation. The servers are friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. We had yellow curry, green curry, panang curry, mango delight, cashew tofu, and sweet and sour tofu.we are still raving about how delicious the food was!

This Thai food is done really well. We dined in…small wait..but boy it was so worth it. Had the chicken wrap. Think pf changs lettuce wraps but way better. Had the prok chop bbq. This had really nice grill marks and the sauce that went with the white rice and carrots, broccoli, and sauteed onions. Everyone was so friendly and genuine. Good people and good food.

VERY GOOD PLACE TO EAT. We’ve been coming here for a couple years now and are always pleased with the dishes and staff. I recommend it. Even though they had a staffing shortage they did amazing!

I recommend the Thai Patio Restaurant in Mesa. We stopped in there and ordered carryout. The front staff was friendly and accommodating and took our order quickly. Everything we ordered was excellent from Pad Thai chicken, to tom yum soup, and spring rolls appetizers. There seem like a good mixture of families and locals eating at this restaurant, and while I was waiting, the wait staff seemed to be quickly getting food to everyone see it at their tables.

I have a Thai spot that is closer to me, but it doesn’t compare to the food at Thai Patio. Fantastic service and probably the best Thai food in Mesa. I can safely suggest the orange chicken, pad Thai, Kung Pao, pineapple fried rice, pot stickers, and spring rolls.

Stopped by here for lunch while running an errand and have to say I’m disappointed that I don’t live closer to Thai Patio, haha!! The Thai fried rice is some of the best I’ve had since moving to this area, it has its own unique flavor that you just won’t wanna put down. It’s got a what you might call highly savory umami flavor going on! The panang curry was also sublime. I will definitely look forward to eating here again next time I’m in the neighborhood

First, let me apologize to the super helpful woman who helped me create my lunch and told me how they changed all of their sauces to GLUTEN FREE because they had a boy that worked there who couldn’t eat their sauces.
