The food at Thai Paradise was excellent and served in generous portions that could even be taken as leftovers for lunch the next day.

So hands down the food is excellent and I am definitely a foodie in NYC and MIA, and all dining places along the way. HOWEVER, in the past few months their portion size has shrunk drastically! I’m very disappointed in this. I even thought ones that they’d given us a lunch portion. So tonight I asked for the dinner portion when I called in. I got home and this is the amount in the box. It’s very sad they have cut their portions for the prices they charge. I mean it’s cheap rice and some chicken pieces. It’s not like it’s loaded with other items. And by the way the styrofoam containers are not like the normal big size you get at most restaurants for takeout. These are smaller and the food doesn’t even fill the container. Again the food is delicious. It’s just a shame that they have done this.

One of my hidden gems. Great service, great food. Don’t miss this place. The interior isn’t much to write home about but the food and service more than make up for it. One of the best Pad See-ew I’ve had in a long time. Soups are all yummy and perfect cooking on the fried rice. We’ll be back for sure.

Walked in for dinner on a weekend night. It wasn’t busy at all but was told that the wait time for appetizers would be around an hour. Where was the big party, there’s hardly anyone in here. “I don’t know” was the answer. If we do takeout will it go faster wince we won’t be sitting down. No.

The interior design was weird. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with double swing doors. This made me feel as if I was in the back of the kitchen. It was uninviting and ugly. Temporarily confusion.

Took business elsewhere. She was honest about wait time (I guess… I really don’t know). It was weird. Went to another Thai place down the road and was told that they receive a lot of business from people who went to Thai Paradise first. Always the same complaints about the wait time and short staffing issues.

Wait staff A+, bathrooms A+ Entrees were well portioned and fresh and the spicy is spicy and good. Basil chicken noodles and pad Thai were tasty. The pad Thai was much sweeter than I’m used to but tasty. The appetizers I wouldn’t get again, they seemed frozen, greasy and over cooked. ( see pic ) overall, we will go back again.

6/30/19 Update: Food is still good, but their portions have greatly shrunk & prices went up. They now have a 4% surcharge they are passing to the customer (no notice on the door, menu or website) if you use your debit or credit card. Our waitress was cocky today too, we overheard other customers complaining about it, so we inquired, she went to her co-worker and said it was none of our business to ask about it, yet we didn’t bring cash, only our debit card. She also said we were given lunch portions we were there at 5:30, makes no sense. I would say her name but she never welcomed or introduced herself. It’s a bummer, this has been my favorite restaurant for years & we’d drive an hour and 15 min. to get there. It was always a full parking lot and wait, plenty of room today. It’s a bummer, we’d drive an hour and 15 min. & it was packed with a wait…not today. (The pictures below are old).
10/15/19-Business sold out to kids, very poor (watery quality-little coconut milk used). Vegetables-one tiny piece of eggplant, the rest was white onions. Such a shame, we used to drive an hour and 1/2 for this food. Don’t waste your time or money here. So sad!

We came here after trying to go to a different Thai restaurant in the area and having no success. We came at a good time and were able to be immediately seated. I got a wonton soup to start with, and it was really good. I have only had Chinese-style wonton soups before so I was not used to the vegetables, but I ate all of it because it was delicious. They asked us if we wanted fried noodles to have with our soup, and we said yes. I appreciated that they asked instead of potentially wasting food. I got the phad siew as my entre with chicken, and it was amazing. Next time, I will get pork. The noodles are thick and tender, and the sauce is a unique taste that I cannot quite describe. The white rice was also really good! The service was amazing and we paid cash to avoid the surcharge fee for using cards. The only complaint I would have is that we didn’t get an itemized receipt so I’m not entirely sure what my meal actually cost, but two entrees and two soups made it about $40 after taxes, which really isn’t terrible.

This is our must-stop restaurant. We stop by every time we visit Franklin. Food and service are superb. I love to dump my rice in soup and eat it. Best Tomyum soup. Salad is so crisp, love sweet vinegar dressing.

Really good food, very kind staff and the waitress was amazing! The only thing I was confused about was I ordered a Spicy Basil but didn’t specify I wanted noodles, not realizing there is also a rice dish called Spicy Basil. I was a bit confused when asked if white rice was ok, but thought it was a side (my fault though)! So I got the rice on the side with spicy basil chicken and veggies… it was delicious, I just wish it was a bit more clear like “spicy basil rice” instead as noodles are my go to. Otherwise we always come back here! It’s so good

This is truly got to be one of the best Thai restaurants in the United States. The food is always fresh and taste incredible!I have tried many different menu items and I’ve been impressed with each one of them. The waitresses are all very knowledgeable and super friendly. I could honestly eat here 5 days a week. This is a must try if you like Thai food!
