Thai food restaurant options are few in the Oak Island-Southport area. Finding Thai Noodle House Cuisine in Oak Island was a wonderful surprise. The restaurant is small with limited space for dining in. We chose to dine in and so glad we did. The service and food were exceptional! The portions were big enough that we had left overs . Thai food is a staple for us and this was delicious! We will see you soon! Thai tea was perfect also! Please don’t let the location deter you from trying their food. They also have carryout options.

During a recent trip to Oak Island, we decided to try the noodle house. We initially planned to dine in but quickly realized it’s more of a takeout spot. The dining room had only two tables, and it was swelteringly hot inside—I felt bad for the hardworking staff!
The gentleman who took our order was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they had our food ready in just 10 minutes. The portions were generous, and everything was piping hot when we got it.
Overall, we were satisfied with our meals and would consider ordering there again. However, it didn’t quite measure up to the now-closed “Thai By the Sea,” which we miss dearly. I ordered the drunken noodles, and while they were flavorful, the amount of meat was disappointingly sparse—seriously, there might have been 2 tablespoons of chicken, tops. I understand that the noodles are the star, but a little more protein would have been appreciated.
My wife enjoyed her meal, though it also felt a bit underwhelming. The crab Rangoon, however, was a standout—crispy and flavorful!
All in all, it’s a decent takeout spot worth a try, but not something we’ll be rushing back to anytime soon.

Wow! Heard about this place while in town. We ordered Bubble tea, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Peppered Steak, Pad Pik Prow, Veggie Spring Rolls, and Crab Rangoon.
Everything here was made so quick and fresh! Portions were HUUUUUUGE! Meat was so tender in all of the dishes. Service was super friendly! The lady named Siri behind the counter was extremely sweet and helpful with the menu.
Will definitely come back again!! Highly recommend the bubble tea!

Delicious dinner! The pad see ew and edameme beans were particularly good. It’s a cute little spot with not a lot of dine-in space, so next time I will aim to do takeaway because I’ll definitely be bringing more friends.

The food is good with BIG portions, taro boba milk tea is excellent as well. The restaurant has few dine in tables but feel cozy and comfortable. I ordered pad see ewe and pho, couldn’t finish the plate even I had eaten it a lot, it was good tho.

What a great find for delicious Thai food. This is essentially a take out place although there are 2-3 tiny tables there. Friendly service and the food came out piping hot! Pad woon Sen and the drunken noodles were amazing. Will definitely order from here again!

If you haven’t discovered this take out on oak island, it is supreme on flavor, quality and taste. Great people run this and it is 10 stars if I could put it. Red curry with chicken is delicious. And crab Rangoon!!!!! The surprise was the flower cookies. Yum!

Got the Beef Teryaki Thai Hot (spiciest option they offer) and it was actually spicy! So tired of places calling stuff “spicy” only for it to be a 2/10 at the absolute most. They do it right; solid amount of heat without compromising on flavor. Definitely recommend this place! Amazing prices too! (Do not get this level of spice if you can’t handle super spicy foods already, you most likely will not like it!)
