Having lived in Thailand for three years, I’m pretty picky about Thai food. Fort Wayne has some pretty good options when it comes to Thai and Burmese food, so it can be hard to know which ones stand out among the crowd. Thai Metta is definitely one that stands out!

I have been to Thai Metta multiple times in a very short period of time because of how incredible the food is. It’s such a hidden gem in Fort Wayne. The food is incredible and the service is friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend checking this place out. I have yet to try something I didn’t like here.

We have enjoyed 8 different dishes so far. The fried rice is better than the traditional Chinese version, much more flavorful. A wide variety of vegetables, some ones we are not used to seeing in the dishes, but they work great together. Seriously, each one has been uniquely flavored, and delicious! It has quickly become one of our favorites. We highly recommend that you give it a try. They have a great online ordering system too. Love it!

This is the top Thai food restaurant in Fort Wayne. I wished I would have visited sooner. I’ve been looking for Thai food that I’ve been growing up with or closest to my mother’s cooking for awhile. It’s on the opposite side of the town where I live. The only downside is no alcohol is being served yet. It’s in the process for the license. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food, this is the place!
