Some of the best Thai food, exceeded expectations. Spice level was perfect for how we ordered. Pad thai is a little on the sweeter side but delicious. Green curry with shrimp had plenty of shrimp and very good flavor. The drunken noodles were good, but was a little light on the Thai basil, still very good. This place is in a food truck park with several other options around (though most were closed because we had a late lunch that day).

Love their Thai food! Today was a cold rainy day, and I couldn’t think of anything better than having the Panang Cury.with a side Pad Thai. You can order your food on a scale of 1-10 for spiciness. Really warms you up inside. I call in my order on the drive home, so it’s ready once I get there!!

They’ve really gone downhill in the past year. The recipes were changed to cut corners, the portions are smaller, and they’re charging more for what food is there. Sucks too because it used to be my favorite spot upcountry and I would always recommend it to people.
Also, the woman behind the counter referred to me as a man to other staff. I’m a woman with a short haircut She forgot my Iced Tea too. This doesn’t usually happen but I guess they cutting corners with service too.
Save yourself the drive and get a fat poke bowl from Foodland instead at half the cost

It was so good that we went back for more the next day.
The first day we picked up 4 entrees for 4 of us and are family style. The next day. Two of us went back for our favorites (green curry and drunken noodles – but I would explore the menu more if I lived closer). Yum!

We ordered the Drunken Noodles with veggies, Phad Thai Tofu and Cashew Tofu today. All were ready within minutes. Excellent flavor profiles and generous portions! Pen of the best Thai foods we’ve had outside of Thailand! Highly recommended! Mahalo!

Everything you want from Thai food and more. Nailed it. Great taste, heat, warmth, consistency, crunch, garnish. Where ever you were thinking about going, forget it! Thai meet up is the place you want to go for Thai food. Yes it comes from a food truck but I will tell you it is better than the restaurants. I tried two dishes the pad thai and the green coconut curry shrimp both were excellent. These guys are the real deal! And they tend to sell out of their top requested dishes if your coming late to the party. They take phone orders for large parties.

We stopped there for lunch. The food was not bad but not really authentic (sriracha instead of chili flakes on Pad Thai). Few vegan options – the cashew tofu was a bit bland. It‘s a food truck with a few tables around it – watch your food as there are plenty oh chicken around 🙂

Thai Mee Up consistently delivers flavorful, satisfying Thai food from a convenient Upcountry food truck. The drunken noodles and garlic salmon are standouts, and portions are generous. Expect a short wait during peak hours, but the quick service and shaded seating make it easy to enjoy. A reliable go-to for locals craving Thai.
