On a chilly day we were searching for something warm and filling. Warm was all we got. The food was below average. The meat in the dishes were over cooked and chewy. And the service was slow. We were the only table in there and the server couldn’t be bothered to check on us more than once.
I will not be back and do not recommend.

The service was ok — above average, but average is pretty low in my opinion. Think ‘what do you want’ as opposed to, “Hello, welcome in, can I take your order.’
What really pulled there rating down, however, was the taste of the food. I’ve had many Thai cuisines, this was not good. Lacked flavor, and seasoning was unbalanced.
Attached are carryout pictures of the Pad Thai and Veggie “Curry” (more of a vegetable broth in my opinion) — please note, I had already eaten some of the food before taking these pictures! Quantities were generous. Very disappointed, I was hoping to have a new, good quality, Thai restaurant near my new home.

Got two Pad Thais to go. How can you mess up pad Thai???! What did you do to your crab rangoons??? Two stars we given for cordial service at pick up, great Thai tea, and portion size. It’s like they took soy sauce and substance X, OLD spices, and used it instead- – like a kid did it. Looked like A1 No tamarind. No fish sauce. Only soy in it. Let’s talk crab rangoons. HARD, hard edges, extremely chewy middles, like made this morning and re heated, and I swear, there’s mustard in there. If they were fresh and called by a different name, a different dish, I’d say it had potential as something that is similar to lcrab rangions. But NOT crab rangoons. Like I said, Thai tea was very good. Portion size is good- but didn’t matter because it wasn’t eaten. Someone said in another review, they thought they were pricey. For the portion size it probably wasn’t pricey. However, it DID turn out very pricey because the food is not 4.1 stars like it says. This restaurant is permanently vetoed for us.

For many years now, I’ve frequented Thai Kitchen a few times annually and have consistently relied on the quality of their meals. The spicy eggplant with tofu is my go-to choice, and it always tastes great. The portions are generous, ensuring I always leave with enough for a second meal.

Food was not that great. Very tasteless
I was very disappointed in the pot stickers. They were over cooked and the curry dipping sauce wasn’t good. Everything was overpriced for what I got. Lastly the sweet and sour pork was horrible

If I could have one last meal, it might be Thai Kitchen!! Fantastic food! Try the “Spicy Noodle” with chicken or the “Garlic and Pepper” with chicken or the “Yellow Curry Noodle Soup” with chicken. What I love so much is the ability to add spiciness to the dish and it actually increases the flavor of the dish. (With many other places, if you add heat you can’t taste the dish because your mouth is burning so badly.) They use a five star system with 5 being very very hot (but crazy awesome flavor). Most dishes are not spicy at all unless you ask for it. Portion sizes are real good, so if you are hungry this place is a great choice.

Nice little place. Ordered the noodle salad thai hot. This is one of the few places I’ve been that actually make it Thai hot. Food was great. The people were good to. Food came out quick and hot. No complaints

This is a tiny neighborhood restaurant with inexpensive dishes. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. There were plenty of parking out front. They had mediocre decor and ambiance. I would recommend a quick lunch at this restaurant if you crave thai food.

The FOOD! By far one of the best tasting Thai cuisines I’ve had, & I’ve tried many. The staff was courteous & attentive. Wish it was closer because I would visit them more often. Recommend!

My experience while picking up a simple takeout order was deeply disappointing. The staff member who took my order was impolite from the start. The situation escalated when I handed him a $20 bill for my $16 meal. Instead of providing my change, he looked at me and asked, “Do you want your change?” in a tone that suggested I was being unreasonable for expecting it.
I was dumbfounded. To imply that a $4 tip (a 25% gratuity) is automatic for the basic act of processing a takeout order and handing me a bag is entitlement at its worst. There was no service provided beyond the bare minimum.
This encounter has solidified my decision not to return. I believe tips are earned for service, such as when dining in, where staff attend to tables, refill drinks, and ensure a pleasant experience. Expecting a large tip for a transactional takeout interaction is a sure way to alienate customers.
