I was excited for this place to open especially since I heard the Thai place at the providence mall closed. This restaurant was nice and clean, although it did open just the other day. The portion of food I received for $16 was quite disappointing. I wouldn’t mind if it was cheaper or a larger portion at that price. It also wasn’t that hot, it was probably just warm when I got back to my car. It tasted alright and the staff was pretty nice, so props to that. I wish there were also a bit more options in general at the counter and that it was a bit more Thai orientated.

Edit: Went back after a couple of days after the store replied to this review. I’ve attached new photos. They definitely want to do better on their part and increased the portion size because the take out box was quite heavier. The lo mein was still a bit dry and you could say overall everything was a bit salty but I’m glad they listened to initial feedback.

Thai Hub was disappointing. This isn’t Thai. It’s glorified mall Chinese food. There is nothing Thai about Thai hub. See the items in pics below. I was so excited when I saw Thai Hub. So excited. I love Thai food. But when I saw Panda Express food I was very disappointed. Like so disappointed. And there was no fried rice. I thought this was odd because why wouldn’t they be making it since no one was there and three people are standing behind the counter. They did make it when I asked but I was told 5 minutes. Again no one was there be making it during the downtime. Most people want fried rice over lo mein. One small plus was food tasted good, but change the name. There is nothing Thai about Thai Hub.

Asian fusion place in convenient location. Fresh food and great customer service. Very friendly and nice options available! Lots of flavor, the lo mein and spicy beef was both delicious and filling!

I love to support small businesses and they deserve it and more. I’ve eaten here numerous times and each time I was not disappointed. Between the large portions, flavorful options (everything down to the noodles are delicious), and fast service/ordering, this restaurant is an absolute gold mine. I truly hope they expand locations and are in business forever!

I tried this place out soon after it opened. I’m not surprised it’s closed now. It may well become permanent. It’s not Thai food. I drive by the strip mall every Saturday when I go to the Asian grocer and it took forever before it opened. I was anticipating it’s opening but when I went in, it looked more like mall fastfood (as in Panda express). Despite the disappointment from the appearance, I did buy something. It was a lot of food but not worth it. I’ve never thrown out food and that was the first time I threw out a lot of food.

Food is good but they skimp on portions. How is this plate worth $11+. Guy gave me a bunch of rice and a side of chicken. Wth?

Update 10/10
A friend asked me to return. Said it would be different. So, he’s right. Came by around 12:45 pm. Everything looked fresh and ready to eat except for a few vegetables items and rolls. Tried a few offers, all tasted great, spicy chicken & beef notable.
Let’s try made to order! Choose the very basic americanized Pad Thai.. asked for spicy.. well what I got was very well prepared and meaty. Just about meat the cost. I think most will enjoy it. Yet, no spice as asked for. Asked for peanuts or peanut sauce, non available. Personally, I like my Pad Thai dusted with Peanuts and an available spicy sauce. Not here. Well maybe not yet. The dish was good, just about met the cost. Upgrade the ratings from 2 to 4. U got a for four for fresh available offering in the warm case

Presentation nightmare.
After 4-5 months was excited to try this establishment next my favorite halal chicken joint. Around 5pm, walked into a sparsely displayed ready-to-eat bar. Saw available try before toothpicks. Tried the spicy chicken, yup sitting out, tried the spicy beef same. Regular BBQ chicken tasted great and looked the most fresh. Ordered that with rice. Rice was good. The rest of the offerings looked bleak and not fully stocked or sauced. Basically, items I wouldn’t even ask to try. For a newly opened quick serve restaurant, this place needs on the fly fresh trays of everything on the menu. If they don’t fix this, they won’t last long here. Good luck.

I’ll try you again in a month.

I stopped by to try it out and was pleasantly surprised.I had ordered the shrimp pad Thai combo with rice it was on point. The shrimp was fresh and tasty, the fried rice on point and the price was decent. The portion size is huge considering the price so I was satisfied with the offering here.If you’re into fast food and also want something not pricy I’d recommend giving this place a try.

Been waiting for this place to open and was very excited when I saw they were! Customer service was amazing, let us try as many samples as we wanted (everything tasted great)! While there we noticed them switching out the chicken for fresh batches and tossing any old food. Very clean inside as well. Great portion for the size and price. Will be returning!

I recently visited Thai Hub in Cranston, RI, and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the guy there even offered me samples and free food to take home because I was new. The food was delicious and very tasty, and the portion size was incredible—it lasted me 3 days! And the best part? I only paid $11.

What really blew me away was the broccoli. I don’t even like broccoli, but it was amazing! It was cooked perfectly and added a delicious touch to the meal. Definitely a great find for anyone, especially if you’re not a big fan of broccoli like me! Highly recommend this place!
