This was my first time at Thai House at Cotsworld village and must say it really impressed me. The decor was stunning, the owner of the restaurant who is generally at the front desk is a very humble and lovely person. He gives you a detailed description of each decor piece if you are interested. The overall service was exceptional.

Amazing food! Be careful to order spicy dish, you can choose it by number: 1 – is minimum, 6 – is maximum If you first time here, try “1” or “2” first ☺️

Solid offerings here. My wife lived in Thailand for 10 years so for her birthday she wanted to get some good Thai food. We ordered a whole fish, pad Thai, crispy duck Penang, Tom Sum, and Mango sticky rice. Everything was very nice, but that was about it. Nothing to rave about, but solid Thai food. The most disappointing thing was that the fish, while very tasty, was over done and did not come with nearly as much sauce as you would get Thailand. The fried fish really needs a lot of sauce to help moisten it. Also, we got everything a medium level spicy which was not spicy in the slightest, but if you ask for chili powder or sauce they will provide, and that does have a kick. Again, very nice especially if you’ve never had the real thing, but if you’ve been Thailand and are looking for authentic flavors this will leave you wanting.

Amazing thai food without all the sugar in the sauce you find in other “thai” places. Food feels authentic and fresh. Staff is very friendly. They mistook our order and let us take home the wrong order and corrected the order at no charge. We love coming hear every time. The restaurant is clean and the wood carvings decor looks so amazing. I bring family here when they are in town. Can’t recommend enough.

We went here right after covid and it was delicious. We got take out this time and OMG… this is probably the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. My plate was $17 and I kid you not, they put MAYBE 5 tiny slivers of chicken in it (see photo). The chicken was also chewy and overcooked. The noodles had good flavor but they were also hard, like maybe they had been sitting out for awhile. We also got rice and it almost tasted like couscous or something.. not a soft, fluffy texture that brown rice is supposed to be. Mall cafeteria food is better than this…. Do not go here. Rai Lay is FAR better, and I get 3 portions from one meal for the same price. This meal is worth $9 if that. I’m shocked they’re charging this much for their food. I only give it one star because they have good Thai Tea.

A great Thai place in Charlotte! I loved their pad Thai, the flavor was rich and strong. They have signature(tomato base) and Thai style pad Thai. I got the Thai style, will try the signature next time. We went Saturday morning and they have brunch special menu, which was more like a lunch special on weekdays but the price was great! I didn’t like their lychee Thai ice tea, it was way too sweet and pricey.

Ordered online. Was incredibly easy and straight forward. Food was made fast, and they send you a text when it’s ready for pick up. Portions are more than generous (picture is after a meal was already eaten).

I really think this restaurant needs a new chief or stop using Hispanics to cook authentic Thai’s food
