I had an amazing lunch at this Thai restaurant! The food was delicious — honestly some of the best Thai I’ve had. They even served complimentary soup and spring rolls, which was such a nice touch. The spices they use are so flavorful and authentic. The service was excellent too — the staff checked in to see if I wanted more soup, and they even gave me some extra spices to take home since we liked them so much. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great Thai food and warm hospitality!

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the warm, inviting atmosphere—elegant but comfortable, perfect for everything from a casual lunch to a special night out. The aroma alone lets you know you’re about to experience something special.
The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish bursts with fresh, vibrant flavors and that perfect balance Thai cuisine is known for—sweet, spicy, savory, and tangy in harmony. The curries are rich and beautifully spiced, the Pad Khee Mao ( Drunkin Noodis) perfectly cooked with just the right texture, and the stir-fries are loaded with crisp vegetables and high-quality ingredients. You can truly taste the freshness in every bite. Portions are generous without being overwhelming, making the pricing even more impressive.
For the quality, presentation, and flavor you receive, the value is exceptional.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the customer service—especially from Alicia. Alicia goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. She is attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and happy to make thoughtful recommendations based on your preferences. Her warm personality and genuine enthusiasm elevate the entire dining experience. It’s rare to find service that makes you feel so welcomed and appreciated.
Thai House at Cotswold doesn’t just serve amazing food—it delivers a complete experience. Incredible flavors, fair pricing, generous portions, and top-tier customer service make this restaurant a must-visit. If you haven’t been yet, you’re truly missing out.

They do Thai spicy right!!! I like my food to burn as it goes down and they did not disappoint.
The food was as delicious as everyone says it is and you have to get the mango sticky rice!! The deserts are on the sweater end so for me it was okay but my bf who has a sweet tooth practically licked the plate clean.
All in all a solid date night place, the ambiance is so cuteee.

Got the red curry lunch special, it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t all that good either. I expected a creamier curry, mines was pretty watery. My protein for the curry was shrimp, which only came with about 5 pieces of shrimp or so.
The service was cool. Indoor and outdoor dining which was nice.
I won’t be trying out this spot again, the curry dish just turned me off from eating here again.

If you like duck – do yourself a favor and try half roasted duck in red curry. This is my favorite dish here. Sushi rolls are surprisingly not bad at all.
Service is good too, could be a bit slow when it gets very busy. But usually food comes fast and delicious.

Second time eating at the Thai House – this time a different location. The ambiance is spectacular at both locations I’ve been to.
We started off with the Crab Rangoon which was hot and delicious and me and my boyfriend split the Pad Thai – level 4 spicy.
It was so good and we had a little to take home.
The bathrooms were clean and the service was spectacular.
Do yourself a flavor and check this place out!!

Alicia is fantastic and our food was so tasty. So far this is the best Thai we have found in Charlotte. The beef satay is so tasty. We also had a tom kha hot pot, pad kee mao and the duck panang. It was so yummy. Great to eat or as a take out! Give it a try!

Solid offerings here. My wife lived in Thailand for 10 years so for her birthday she wanted to get some good Thai food. We ordered a whole fish, pad Thai, crispy duck Penang, Tom Sum, and Mango sticky rice. Everything was very nice, but that was about it. Nothing to rave about, but solid Thai food. The most disappointing thing was that the fish, while very tasty, was over done and did not come with nearly as much sauce as you would get Thailand. The fried fish really needs a lot of sauce to help moisten it. Also, we got everything a medium level spicy which was not spicy in the slightest, but if you ask for chili powder or sauce they will provide, and that does have a kick. Again, very nice especially if you’ve never had the real thing, but if you’ve been Thailand and are looking for authentic flavors this will leave you wanting.

Thai house is one of my fave restaurants! The food is always flavorful and filling. Very calm atmosphere and the outdoor patio is very nice when the weather permits (it is enclosed). The jasmine ice tea is soooo yummy. So is the pad see ew! I recommend to anyone looking for an affordable but delicious Thai option.
