I’m not sure whether the users who describe this place as Excellent have a very unusual palate or extremely low standards. Service is nonexistent -a young girl who races from table to table without much sense, and a matron who looks all around with a permanent disapproval frown but does not really do anything. And the food is not worth the wait. The milky coconut sauce seemed to have been poured straight off a supermarket can. The bill was small, but I felt that even a dime would have been too much to pay for this.
UPDATE: I ate from this place again, my office ordered for everyone (otherwise I would not have gone back). Suffice to say, it was even worse than the first time I tried them, plus they are more expensive now. Downgraded from two to one star. I would give them zero if I could.

The food is wonderful. The lunch specials are a bargain ($7.00). There is a reason it is always hard to find a seat. Both spicy and mild options available, but you should speak up if you are concerned about the spice. I have only attended lunch here and would go to dinner if I lived in the area. Do yourself a favor and set the bar for the other Thai restaurants you’ve tried.

Ordered a couple dishes for delivery, a decent timing, food delivered in a temperature protected bag. Every dish we ordered were very tasty. Definitely order from them again. I also like that they will prepare based on my healthy choice preferences. Good job.

… so just had a very nasty experience with these guys. About an hour ago, I placed an order for two people at this restaurant and requested the manager to deliver the food at the hotel we are staying tonight. After wasting my time going through their menu and finally informing the manager what we need, I was told that the food will take an hour to arrive. I gave her information such as my room number, hotel name etc.
Waited for my food for an hour and after an hour called again to inquire about the status of the food… turns out the manager never bothered preparing the food for us assuming it was a prank call. Only because I didn’t give her my credit card number and instead offered to pay cash.
I am beyond frustrated and surprised at the way I have been treated and after spending a whole day without food this is not the treatment I was hoping for.

Absolutely tasteless fried rice ever. Ordered Yellow curry fried rice and the worst i ever ate. Only flavor I could taste was Turmeric. And the lady who took our order noted wrong and messed up our order. 0 rating for hospitality.

I visited the Golden Elephant when staying at the nearby Springhill hotel. I was traveling with a girl scout troop, where only 1 adult and one teen had eaten Thai food before. The staff was extremely friendly. Everyone (8 of us) thought the food was very tasty, and several had requests to change vegetables. We now have a group of girls ready to try thai food again. We had several different noodle dishes, and one that was glass noodles with pad thai sauce.

Great menu choices, I ordered a Panang curry with steam noodle, with Gluten free option. It’s delicious!

broth is acceptable, i liked it, my companion did not ( too sweet)
ingredients are chopped way too big – makes it hard to eat them.
esp tofu – big bland chunks of tofu, kinda a turnoff.

The worst customer service ever!!!!
I was waiting for my online order for over 1.40.
Delivery man was fighting with me about tip that I should give for the services. Finally i receive my order which suppose to be not spicy so kids can eat it and it was so spice … When I called the restaurant i received apology and that’s it. When I asked for a manager (owner) he told me that he’ll bring me new food if I’ll return the spice one. Hahahah I didn’t do it otherwise there would be chance that you are eating food we already had try. It’s discussing. Think twice before your order!!!

AWFUL FOOD. DONT EAT IT. mixed up my order gave me tofu instead of meat. Noodles tasted awful. Reluctant to remake my food. They also didn’t give me a fork to eat my noodles. Disgusting noodles eaten with a spoon. Pathetic
