The food is consistently really good. I’ve been probably 7-8 times and always get good food and service. My favorites so far are the Khao Krapaw Gai, yellow curry, and the fried trout dish. The garlic chicken is amazing as well, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering it for takeout since it loses its crunch a bit. The spice levels can vary between visits so if you like a lot of spice be sure to order a level 4 or 5.

Had a great experience at Thai Ginger — the food was truly amazing! The Crispy Garlic Chicken was delicious, and the Red Curry was flavorful and well-balanced. The Tom Kha soup was also incredible — rich, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. We also tried a ground chicken dish from their special menu, and it was the highlight of the meal — packed with exceptional flavor. We ordered everything at spice level 3, and it had just the right amount of heat.

The lighting and overall space were just okay; not the most enjoyable ambiance, but nothing that took away from the food itself. Definitely a place I’d return to for the flavors alone!

Ordered the Khao Krapow Gai, black sticky rice pudding, and shrimp rolls. The Khao Krapow Gai was packed with flavor and the heat level 3 was perfect. The sticky rice pudding with coconut cream on top was excellent—nicely balanced and not overly sweet. Shrimp rolls were okay (3/5). Would definitely order again.

One of the OG restaurants of Factoria! I come here sporadically with my girlfriend and every time it’s a pleasant experience for us. Fon gives us great service and she is always so happy to see us! Even when we come in an hour before close (walk in take out) they still give amazing service and I just love that kind of attitude.

The best thing in this restaurant is the waiter. He was pretty much working alone in a busy dinner time at the time we were there last Wednesday. He ran around serving all of the tables attentively, he is polite, he’s always smiling and he’s the kind of waiter who can read what the costumer needs. Service was a bit slow but it’s reasonable because he’s doing all the work. The waitress was also nice but she’s not running around serving as amazing as the guy.

The foods were ok. They are tasty but we prefer the ones at other places better. Their spring rolls is as thin as people’s fingers and it’s only about an inch long. It’s super tiny. We just didn’t expect it to be that small.

The atmosphere was so dark, and full of wood colors. I appreciate it that the waiter gave a plastic cup with a lid and straw for my child. Although the food was not very impressive to me, the waiter was.

The service is very prompt and friendly. It’s a cozy little restaurant in a busy area. It’s like a little oasis. The open kitchen smells awesome and is interesting to watch. The menu has a huge selection of authentic dishes. Attractive presentation and everything tasted great.

Thai is one of my favorite cuisine and love trying new restaurants. This one was one of them. We ordered Thai tea, satay wich is chicken with skewers with peanuts sauce and we had for entree Fried rice pineapple with beef in hot sauce for flavor. For main course we had a and pineapple fried rice.
Overall food was tasty and delicious.
Pineapple fried rice was the so flavorful a touch of spicy ️ super delicious the restaurant its very cozy warm place the service is really good just a little bit spicy we paid for the appetizer Thai tea soda water and fried rice $60 that’s the only down I would see but the rest really was tasty and delicia recommend. I I also took photos from the menu wich has optional VEGETARIAN in the menu already gives you a large section for people who are vegetarian so also for that it’s a plus

Went here for my daughters 15th birthday dinner waited to be seated for more then 15 minutes the waitress was helping with an order to go but it only took 6 minutes to place the order then she disappeared for 9 minutes before coming from the back.

Asked how many then said come sit her only here because I’m the only one working as waitress for the night don’t want to walk All over the place tonight.
This was on a Sunday around 4:30 to 5 pm the section she wanted us to sit at had a couple sitting in the corner by the window looking kinda of cramped in the area,
I ask to sit 3 tables apart from them to have room and it’s cold and flu season need distance.
She rudely said no only this table I asked for a little distance from the other party then she loudly said ( you don’t want to sit next to these people) immediately the couple looked at us wondering why she was so loud at this point my kids just wanted to sit and look at the menu but after we sat down she disappeared again for 7 minutes no menus or water at this point I had enough I asked her for a google review card to leave a review and that we were leaving to go to another Thai restaurant she ( immediately) said oh no don’t go sit wherever don’t give bad review and would not give me the google review card. This kind of service is unacceptable I would like upper management or owners to contact me regarding this experience to further assist with proper training.

(Update )………
(I called to speak with upper management on Monday at 11:15 am the lady who answered the phone said manager was not in I asked if she can take my number down so they can call me at there convenience or when they come in.
The lady immediately started saying no I cannot give you the number what is it regarding , I explained my situation and told that I’m leaving my name phone number for some to call back and now it’s been two full days and still no phone call back not sure if they passed my information to them I would like a phone call back from someone in charge I have left my contact information and I plan on calling back tmrw)

Panang and red curry were rlly similar. The only difference was that panang was sweeter and more coconuty. The kao krapow gai special was delicious though! I would recommend! The only thing is that this place is kind of expensive. $19 per curry. The portion sizes were pretty big. There are around 10 tables there and the staff is very nice. The bathrooms are clean.
