Pros: They were very friendly when I came into pick up my order and the restaurant was nice and clean.
Cons: Unfortunately, my curry was extremely disappointing. Watery, bland, whitish in color, annd unappetizing to look at. It only contained onions and potato for the veggies, which wasn’t what was depicted in the photo.
The first pictures are of my curry and the last photo is a screenshot from their page. $38 later for two curries with no flavor.
The inside of the restraunt was clean and had a good smell of incense. The music itself was calm and soothing.
Our waitress was quick to refill our drinks, and take orders.
The food itself was leagues better than what I’ve had elsewhere. It was a tad more expensive, but the portions reflected the price.
In addition, the flavors are good regardless of spice level. In some places spice is used to hide the lack of flavor, that isn’t the case here. Spice embellishes it.
The food is always excellent, whether you decide to take out or dine in. Also, the owner and staff are some of the nicest and friendliest people around. I gladly support and recommend them to anyone looking for some solid Thai munch. Pictured is their Pad Thai and cup of soup.
We had a fantastic dinner at Thai Garden tonight. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was quick to greet us and take our drink order. I had the Thai iced tea and my wife had the hot tea—both were excellent.
We started with the appetizer sampler, which included crab Rangoon, spring rolls, dumplings, and chicken satay. Everything was delicious and came with a variety of tasty sauces.
For our entrées, I had the Massaman curry and my wife had the red curry, both with chicken. I ordered mine at a 1-star spice level, and it was right on the edge of too spicy for me—but the flavor was incredible and totally worth it. My wife really enjoyed hers as well.
We finished with the Thai custard for dessert. I liked it, though my wife wasn’t a fan of the texture.
Our waitress was kind and attentive, though a little difficult to understand at times—but it didn’t take away from the experience. The service was great, the food was flavorful, and we’ll definitely be back!
My wife commented that the decor was much like restaurants in China.
The sampler appetizers were crisp and delicious. The chicken satay had a good flavor.
The seafood fried rice was spicier than what I prefer but the flavor was so good that happily ate it anyway.
The red curry was some of the best I’ve tasted and the chicken was more tender than I’ve had in other local restaurants.
The portions were generous and still tasty when leftovers were reheated the next day.
Looking forward to returning to try some other dishes.
