I had a good time.
I stopped in for dinner and enjoyed a nice meal. The restaurant has a pretty good amount of space. Table seating and a small bar.
It was slow when I went and I got my food pretty quick. The staff were attentive and nice.
The food and drink were pretty good. It was about what I expected. I was kind of impressed with the spice level. I ordered ’medium’ heat and they did not skimp. If you love spice, this place has you covered.
I was happy to check it out and would love to go back.

Went to Thai Fusion Bistro for the first time. Their Beef Pad See Eeww (ordered with extra vegetables) was very delicious and their Blanket Prawns was a great side dish – perfect for small bites!! The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it !!

Excellent customer service!. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond. I can’t share the number of times staff give me to go boxes and ask for a tip. Staff here, packed everything up with care.
The food was delicious. The pad thai was balanced and not too sweet. The tamarind notes, crunch from the peanuts, and tofu all were savored in each bite. The curry was not too spicy and I tasted see cream which added richness and flavor to the galangal and chicken.
The chicken skewers were meaty and not dry. You could taste the curry and potential lemongrass which wasn’t overpowering.
The ambiance was nice and I liked the fusion aspect of the menu. Unlike some other Thai restaurants that add fusion dishes, this restaurant seemed to have a clear direction which I liked.

The food is decent, but the management and service are unacceptable. The manager was rude, hostile, and showed no respect or basic communication skills. One of the service staff also behaved unprofessionally and did not care about customer experience.
This place clearly has a management problem. No matter how good the food is, being treated poorly ruins the entire experience. I would not return unless management and service are completely improved

Have not been this place for ages, the dishes were actually nicely surprised us – the tone is changed from just try to find a place to eat at 9pm which is difficult to enjoy a healthy tasty meal – still a bit too sweet for us, but for someone don’t mind of sweet, really a nice option for Thai food.

This place is not what I thought it was. This place has horrible customer service. The food is decent. My experience at this place is Thumbs down I seen the Cook drop a spoon and still serve it to a couple that was sitting there. Also while I was sitting there waiting, I seen the Cook pick his nose with no gloves on and went right back to working. I do not recommend this place for any person that wants a great experience in good food.

Food came out fast. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees: Lime Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Thai Fusion Orange Sauce with Chicken. They were all amazing. The lime chicken appetizer had me doing a happy dance in my seat. I don’t even think it needed the sweet chili sauce it came with for dipping, it was that good. Would definitely have again next time I’m in Northgate and craving Thai.

So good I had to come back the next day. I’ve tried the Pad Thai and Sweet sour chicken. Both were very good, and I look forward to trying the curry next time. Staff were friendly and helpful.
