Replicate the Magic
We ordered yellow curry with chicken and rice and it was exactly what we wanted after a long travel day. It was comforting, flavorful, and the kind of meal that makes you feel like you’re officially on vacation. If you’re staying around West Maui and want an easy dinner that still feels like a real local find, this truck is worth the stop.

Was waiting for Dukes which would be 1 hr 30 minute wait. Walked over to these food truck stalls and decided to try it. This Thai place is incredible! Drunken chicken rice was so delicious!! Also tried their mango salad fried fish dish which was spectacular!! I’m so happy Dukes didn’t work out. This place only had outdoor benches but I 1,000 times prefer this over average restaurant food. Give it it a try you won’t regret it. Also this review is coming from a city girl from Los Angeles, trust me this food is worth it!!

We have eaten here 3 times this trip to Maui – it’s been incredible. The drunken rice is delicious and unique. I also had the drunken noodle, just as good. We also got the cashew Mahi Mahi that is pictured here. SO DELICIOUS. And reasonably priced.

My favorite food truck by far! Try the crispy opakapaka with mango salad – I’ve never had anything like it. The opakapaka is light and crisp and served with a salad with shredded mango & carrot on top with a light vinegrette & topped with yummy chopped peanuts. Portions are generous and the food is thoughtfully presented. So much more than what you expect from a food truck! The photo was after I’d already eaten most of it (sorry I couldn’t wait!)

This food truck blew away our expectations. They assured us that their food could be made vegetarian. We ordered a drunken noodle and drunken rice. We asked for extra spicy and mushrooms. Both requests were delivered. The food had great flavor. I would highly recommend to check it out if you are in Lahaina and craving some Thai food.

Pineapple fried rice with shrimp was terrible. Soggy yellow rice with soggy shrimp. Bland and strange flavor. This is supposedly Thai food but why did they add raisins??? I love Thai food but this was not good. It wasn’t flavorful at all and very disappointing for $21

Give these people your money.
We had Pad Thai and stir fried mahi-mahi. The Pad Thai was zesty, tangy, salty, with their own tamarind sauce and some cabbage mixed in with everything and plenty of peanuts with a lime. I added shrimp. You could ask for a little more spice. Fantastic! Same goes for the mahi-mahi, lots of flavor, just delicious.

We ordered pad Thai, papaya salad and drunken noodles. Pad Thai and papaya salad we should have asked to make spicy but it was still good and flavorful. All three dishes were great and flavorful

Ordered the Tom Pha. Soup is served very hot. Had a nice coconut broth and vegetables. Ordered Dunkin noodles too. Nice spice with wide noodles and vegetables. Very good as well. Service was great!
