Look, I have no complaints with your in-store food and service, but you really need to get your online presence fixed. Your hours on Google don’t match your actual business hours. Ordering online is difficult because the online ordering menu doesn’t match the in store menu. If I try to order something like Drunken Noodle online, the listed ingredients are almost entirely different from those on the menu if I come in to eat, and that’s a deal breaker when I’m trying to get a specific dish. I’ve skipped getting food from here in favor of other places at least a half dozen times because something as simple as online ordering is broken. I would really love this to get fixed so I can justify getting to-go food in the future. Love your food, great in-store service.

Rated as the best Thai food in Richmond within my inner circle, this gem of a restaurant, which is somewhat tucked away amongst the Innsbrook shoppes, has become a staple in our restaurant rotation. My fiancee and I used to come here every week last year when we were training for endurance races and ordered 2 entrees a piece! Thai Flavor was consistent; every dish tasted so amazing each time, and contrary to what you may imagine about the “heaviness” of Thai food coming to haunt you the next day, gave us the pep and energy we needed to train. The staff here are super friendly and attentive, and really just an dining experience that never misses expectations. Some of our favorites are Pad Thai, drunken noodle, and panang curry.

Thai Flavor is great place in the Innsbrook area for some quality flavor (some of the best tofu you can find!) The Crab Rangoon was a bit overpriced, and I actually really only tasted the cream cheese. Curious if the Calamari might be better. Will have to try.
The Pad See Ew was perfect. I got the Spice Level 5 and could handle it with only a little coughing haha. Thanks guys!

amazing Thai food! The drunken noodles and spring rolls were so fresh and yummy. I found the metal chairs pretty uncomfortable but the service was good!

This place is bursting with flavor. Do you want expect it from my little strip mall restaurants, but that is the reality. Our favorite dish was this fried chicken dish that was so tasty and a little spicy. We also got a pineapple fried rice that concentrated more flavor than presentation. The only real disappointment was the Penang was just OK.

This a great authentic Thai place, spicy food if you want. Can get really busy at lunch and they are closed Mondays. I often substitute cabbage in place of rice.
Update – they have moved to the other side of the shopping center. Same great staff and food but more seating. I’ve tried a lot of different Thai restaurants, but this place is my go-to when I’m in Richmond…try it

I had the curry puffs as an appetizer that was really tasty. I loved them! My dinner was flavor noodle seafood dish ( picture shown). This was also very good. Nice outdoor seating area. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

The oldest Thai restaurant in Short Pump, Thai Flavor has been open for as long as I can remember at least. They have recently closed up their old location that was notoriously crowded and hard to find a table at, and reopened in a larger spot about a block away next to Mama Cucina. The new spot is just as busy, but feels much less crowded. They’re far from the spiciest in town if that’s what you’re fiending for, but they will go higher than their usual 1-3 pepper scale if you ask (I’ve gotten some 5s and 7s before).

The lady who takes the orders is very pleasent. However, the quality of the food has been inconsistent. My first visit was pretty good. After that, the quality of the food has been unimpressive, to include my last visit which was absolutely unacceptable; the tofu looked like it was the last of the tofu, it was over cooked and the dish was dry; the cook was stingy with the sauce… probably the last of that, too.
What was even worse, the man with the hat insulted my intelligence by trying to tell me that is the way fried tofu is supposed to look as if I have never ordered it before that time. This business lost my patronage as a result of how that situation was handled.
I would not recommend if you like quality food consistently, especially not near closing. If you found this review helpful, please like it.

The panang curry was sooo good! It has a peanut flavor. I ordered mine with just vegetables. Wish the cabbage was steamed a bit longer, but I would order this again!
Impressed with the vegan/vegetarian options
