I ordered a Tom Yum soup chicken with extra veggies, not very much of anything in it, not the end of the world. The older women working the cash was so miserable ☹️ and mean to the younger staff, it was unbelievable. The young girl working with her was very pleasant.

I always go to Thai express but never had this issue before I ordered and paid for veg pad Thai and got nothing besides noodles and tofu. Upon asking the worker they said you have to pay extra for any veges which is NOT how it works. If I want extra veggies I pay extra. There was zero veggies. They didn’t even try to make it right for customer simple denied. Also I asked spicy and it was sweet. I think it was language barrier but I just lost $30 for the food I didn’t like at all. Unfortunately never coming back.

Food was great as usual and usually come here since it’s close to work. But when ordering a beef pad see you (unsure on how to spell it) I received a pad soup. I told the staff it was not what I ordered. The woman working there proceeded to laugh and grab the order. And I’m not sure if they were talking badly but they’re facial expression and them laughing was not professional. They got the order right the second time. And when I first arrived there the woman working there seemed to be dragging her feet and you can tell she did not want to be there. Like I said the food is great ´. The service is horrible.

I had a great time there, i felt the right atmosphere, i usually go there every week because the service is really nice and food is well made and really good. Especially there was a young 17 year old guy named rastgar treated me really nicely and gave me my food on time and he had made it really well, i made sure to ask for his name because he is so kind and such a nice person, i always make sure to tell my friends to visit thai express and that they would get treated well too. One of my favorite grab and go chain franchises but this one is revolting. Ive eaten at them across ontario this is the only one that completely failed red thai curry. Completely inedible and diagusting. The base sauce was non existent it just tasted like spicy over cooked water with mushy rice and rotted veg with old chicken. Ordered 2 and couldn’t even make it through the first 3 forks of one. My god was it bad.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is not very pleasant – because the staff started shouting at each other and explaining something in Hindi. A big plus is that the forks and spoons are disposable because the trays are very dirty and the floor is the same. But it was delicious, for me the main thing is that it is delicious and the utensils are clean.

As you can see in the picture, the beauty is there, but the food is very delicious, especially I will not forget to praise the people who make it. One of my favourite stops for lunch when on the road is a Thai Express. Today was brutal. The food was good, however the women taking our order was extremely unpleasant. Tried to order the special on the menu and when ordering she refused to allow the order stating it must be different. When trying to communicate about the order to clarify, she spoke very fast and was abrupt, rude and even rude to other staff who were trying g to help. Never go back!

The only employee working, an older woman was unpleasant and starting speaking very loudly to me when she didn’t understand my order (I was trying to order a shak-a-bowl with no sauce for my 8yo). She spoke so rudely that my husband had to come forward and ask her to stop. Really unfortunate experience and won’t return to this location, as chicken in our meals was fatty and chewy.
