My wife wanted Thai food like we had in San Antonio. We found it right here in McAllen! Wow, it was so delicious. The place was clean, and the employees were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely delicous! First time here with my friend and I , I ordered Mongolian beef and their Tom Yum soup, also tried their imperial roll and their spring roll, my friend ordered their honey coconut shrimp, it was fabulously soft crunchy shrimp, well seasoned, rice fluffy. The beef was amazing, flavorful, and mushrooms perfectly cooked. So delicious and it is made fresh, you can even see the food being cooked! A little wait but it is worth it because the portions are big, hot, and just yummy! Can’t wait to return again. Great atmosphere, fair price, large portions, friendly staff, and clean facilities!

The vibe of this restaurant is super calm and soothing. It is very clean and a good sent. I got the spicy shrimp Thai soup. I’m not a salt person so it was a little salty for me but overall it was delicious. The portion is very good. I got a mini bowl and couldn’t even finish it. Overall everything was great including the cook and the server.

Awww I really don’t want to do this but this is a truth review that I want to share with everyone! First of all, the atmosphere and staffs are very nice and gives you a very modern and nice vibes! Really love how they has an open kitchen so we can see how our foods are made and extremely CLEAN! This is a big plus on my review and believe me! It is hard to keep a clean opened kitchen as I used to work for some restaurants before. Second, the food are good, not great, I have tried Thai Express in Asia and other states and I would love to have the flavors I have had here in the Valley! I would recommend yall to try some authentic Thai restaurant in Houston such as Street Food Thai Market (or you can check my profile for my review on that restaurant). Pad-Thai should be have much less sauce and more crunch peanut and it should be either enveloped by omelette, tomyum soup supposed to be sour and sweet with hints of spicy and chilly. SPRING ROLLS supposed to be smaller as it should fit in your mouth (I have to correct this since it is my food cuisine (Vietnamese)) we don’t have such size like that for spring rolls (even in Thailand, I have been there more than enough to understand their cuisine) if yall can fix it ^^ yall place would be very popular for sure! 1 extra star for the encouragement! Hope you guys would take my review as helpful tips as I really like this restaurant and I hope you can do better as well!

Pad Thai was great! Huge upgrade from the one at “Lei Lai” IDK why they put ketchup in theirs. Thai Express is fantastic! They even have Honey walnut shrimp! Try the Pad See Ew!
