I’ve ordered from Thai Eats Times Square a couple of times now and it has been consistently excellent. The food tastes truly authentic — full of herbs, bold flavors, and that homemade Thai taste that really reminds me of home. My favorites so far are the Beef Boat Noodles and the Lao papaya salad, both absolutely delicious and well balanced.
Also, my all time favorite is Larb Nua (Pork) 🙂
They operate mainly as takeout and delivery, so wait times can happen, especially when many orders come in at once. I had a chance to speak with one of the staff members, and they were genuinely kind and apologetic about it, which I really appreciated. Even when they’re busy, their food and presentation are always consistent and on point. Great food and thoughtful service — I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I stopped by to pick up my order and mentioned that I have a nut allergy. The owner personally made sure to ask detailed questions and confirm everything was safe for me. That level of care and attention truly meant so much, you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
The food was absolutely amazing, so authentic and full of flavor. It honestly tastes like real Thai food you would find back home, and it’s such a gem to have this quality in Midtown New York. Everything was fresh, rich, and made with heart.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine and warm, thoughtful service. I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve tried many Thai restaurants in Manhattan, and I have to say this is one of the best! The food tastes authentic and the prices are very reasonable. It truly feels like dining back in Thailand. If you’re looking for simple, genuine Thai food that locals would eat, this is definitely a spot you shouldn’t miss!

I have to admit, I was skeptical about the quality of food from a ghost kitchen, but ThaiEats Times Square completely changed my perspective. Even though they don’t have a storefront or dine-in seating like a traditional restaurant, the food is every bit as good—if not better—than many big Thai restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the ingredients and the truly authentic flavors. It tastes just like being back in Thailand! The menu is also quite diverse, and you can tell the food is cooked by Thai chefs who truly care and put their heart into every dish. This is definitely a new must-try spot if you love Thai food. Plus, the location is super convenient—just steps away from the heart of Times Square. What a delightful surprise!

I got delivered Thai food from Times Square to East village. The food here tastes just like home. The braised pork leg is tender and flavorful, the basil stir-fry has the perfect spice, and the Northern Thai sausage is packed with herbs. Every dish feels like it’s cooked with love — just like mom’s cooking.

This is more than a ghost kitchen. It’s made by chefs who are passionate about what they cook . The food is absolutely phenomenal, every dish I tried has been bursting with flavor and clearly made with care. It’s the kind of authenticity that comes from people who really know and love what they’re doing.
The staff are incredibly sweet, attentive, and it shows in the small details: perfectly balanced flavors, thoughtful garnishes, and beautifully plated dishes. It’s clear they put heart into every plate.
Ive tried various dishes pictured below and I have loved every single one of them. My top three right now are the Crying Tiger, Crab fried rice and the Mango sticky rice. They come in great portions. 10/10 recommend you try their food. If you love spicy food try the thai spicy level, just be sure to have a nice cool glass of water or milk hahaha.
Whether you’re a longtime Thai food fan or trying it for the first time, you’re in for a treat. Highly recommend!

If you’re on the hunt for delicious Thai food in NYC, you need to check out Thai Eats located within the Picnic Food Hall in Times Square. It’s one of those hidden gems that truly captures the essence of authentic Thai. You can’t go wrong with the Pad Kra Pao—it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had, especially if you enjoy a good spicy kick! The minced pork is simply mouthwatering, perfectly seasoned with aromatic holy basil.
In short, Thai Eats may be small, but the flavors are simply huge! Don’t miss out on this delightful spot!
