We had a great experience at Thai E San. The customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. We ordered the fried rice and a sampler plate. The fried rice was amazing, full of flavor and cooked perfectly, while the sampler plate was just okay. The location offers plenty of parking and is kid-friendly, which is always a plus. Overall, a pleasant visit with great service, and we would return to try more menu items.

A Delightful Online Order Experience!I recently ordered takeout from Thai E San Irving in Irving, and I was thoroughly impressed! The online ordering process was super smooth, and to my pleasant surprise, our order was prepared and ready for pickup in just 15 minutes.

Talk about efficiency! The food itself was absolutely delicious. We tried a few different dishes, and each one was packed with authentic flavors and cooked perfectly. What really stood out, though, was the ample quantity for the price point. We felt we got great value for our money, with generous portions that left us happily satisfied.

I would highly recommend Thai E San Irving for both family and friends looking for fantastic Thai food in the area, whether for a quick pickup or a delightful meal.

At Thai E-San in Irving, the taste of the food is consistently very good, and we enjoy visiting regularly. However, the quality of the chicken has been a concern. It is often tough and hard to chew, which makes ordering chicken dishes feel risky each time. We really like the restaurant overall, but it would be great if they could improve the tenderness and quality of the chicken to match the excellent flavors they offer.

There’s a strange smell to the building when you walk in, but the food more than makes up for it. The staff is friendly. Best Thai tea and Thai coffee I’ve had in a while, and everything is super affordable.

Thai Cuisine Streak for 4 consecutive Saturdays now. We had our Saturday dinner at this Thai restaurant after reading amazing reviews and photos on Google Maps. I’d give a review later on but let me just write my order. We ordered Fried Spring Rolls (served with plum sauce), Basil Fried Rice with Tofu and Extra Veggies, Drunken Noodles with Tofu and Extra Veggies, and Diet Soda/s.

Review:
The food was not up to par as mentioned in the Google Maps reviews. Plum sauce served with 6 Fried Spring Rolls was enough for just a single roll. We asked for another sauce and to my surprise, we were charged for it. As we asked for extra veggies in Drunken Noodles, I felt like we were just having veggies and tofu – very less drunken noodles. The only item that I liked was the Basil Fried rice.

Service:
The service was very poor. We had to get up, take a walk for a spoon or order a refill for the soda. Ideally, it should be them to keep checking on their customers if everything is good or they need something.

I have had thai food at multiple restaurants run by many local business owners and they have served authentic thai dishes per our taste /spice level but the food/ service we received at Thai E San Irving Restaurant were not up to the mark. To add, it’s the experience that counts and now I am well aware of where I should not visit for my Thai food cravings.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times before but tonight was par excellence!

The food tasted its best – yummy Thai food after a long time and service was top notch.

Food : The meal started with a complimentary cup of Miso soup. The combination platter of dumplings, pod stickers, rangoons and rolls are the perfect appetizer. The crab rangoons need a special mention. All the food preparation hit the right taste buds and was truly authentic. Do try the Thai Fried rice and ask for a spice level of 4, if you enjoy hot food.

Service : was amazing – with a lot of smiles! Fast, efficient and personalized. Family owned establishments like Thai E San go that extra mile with personalized service.

Ambience : The tables are not cramped and offers a simple and homely feel. There is parking available at all times.

Pricing : Moderate

Will I return? : Absolutely! This restaurant is definitely on my repeat list.
