The food looked delicious, thats why we went in there. Once we got the food It tasted completely average, like a curry I do at home. Only the soup looked more complicated but did not seem very fresh, just heated up in the microwave. (just my feeling) The service was okey and the atmosphere was quiet and we could easily talk without shouting. The restaurant is okey but totally just there to attract tourists. Then its okey and cannot complain, but I would not go there or recommend it if you want delicious authentic thai food.

The perfect place for a relaxed lunch.
The lunch menu offers a very affordable meal, I got full for around 130kr which is a deal that’s hard to beat.
The food is tasty, the location is very central, and the restaurant has a nice, cozy atmosphere. Not the fanciest place in the world, but it’s clean and neat.

Atw around 4pm on the holiday. Wasn’t busy at all and was shown to a large table all for myself. Ordered a Chicken Pad Thai and a Red Beef Curry. Only had water to drink. Service was efficient and polite.
The Pad Thai was very hot but delicious once it cooled down. The Curry less flavoursome and didn’t make me want to have it again. Decent value for money.
I imagine this is a lively place to come if you are a large group.

I’ve been a frequent patron of Thai Dinner Asia over the years and continue to be impressed by each visit. The service remains consistently friendly and efficient, with food served remarkably quickly. Their generous portions never fail to satisfy, and the quality of the food is always top-notch. The menu offers an interesting fusion of traditional Sino-American Chinese and Thai cuisines. While it might not offer the most authentic Thai experience, the unique flavors are a delight. The lunch menu, available until 18:00, is particularly noteworthy for its great taste and value. For anyone looking for a reliable, delicious, and budget-friendly dining option in Stavanger, this is a place I regularly recommend.

The Food was great, the portion was big and the price was very good. Definitely one of the best addresses in Stavanger. Really liked it and would recommend it to anyone who wants some nice Thai food.

Dropped in with some friends for dinner. It was pretty empty and close to closing. The owner/chef/host greeted us warmly and provided excellent service. Simple dinning experience with fantastic food. Everyone enjoyed their starters and entrees. This was one restaurant we definitely wanted to come back to again. Highly recommend for quality and value. In a side note, the take away containers were super high quality and reusable.

a cozy little restaurant with nice service and pleasant asian background music. the spring rolls could have a bit more flavor and the satay skewers were a bit dry. the dips were fantastic as were the giant shrimp. the szechuan with chicken and the pork in a pepper/garlic sauce were excellent and really authentic (as were the vegetables). the fried-rice unfortunately had a bit too little flavor. if you are in the mood for thai food, a visit to this restaurant is worth it. the value for money is right, as there is also a sufficient portion.

went there alone while searching for something not too expensive (& still fine taste- wise) & I can really recommend it. For the excellent food I got really fair pricing (for Norway even more). Friendly stuff, too!
