Went here on a Saturday afternoon around 5pm on a recommendation from a work colleague.
Place was quite but alot of tables reserved. We was lucky to get a table for 2.
I ordered Koew Teaw Tom Yum Thai with a 2 chilli rating. It was flavoursome and has a hit of spice. I would definitely order again.
My partner ordered Chrispy Chicken with sweet chili sauce. Chicken season well and crispy.
We also ordered Thai ice tea and a can coconut juice.
We also ordered vegetable spring rolls as a starter.
Overall experience is positive. Service was welcoming with a smile. Portion size generous. Overall cost came to about £42 as we ordered a portion of sticky rice to take out.
Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little Thai place a great addition to the village . And fab that it’s taken your own alcohol.. 4 of us went for food and we enjoyed it .. we ordered the Pow moo sub – spicy minced pork and it does have a lovely kick and I loved it. Hubby had the pad Thai and loved it (as he’s fussy with veg and onions and luckily this had none! . Was quite sweet .. The Beef Massaman curry was enjoyed by our friend .. the only criticism we have and by no way would it stop us going back she just said she would try another dish .. my friend ordered the Thai chicken salad and she didn’t realise the chicken would be cold .. but it was also a little dry and a little too crispy .. no dressing was offered so she wouldn’t order the Thai salad again. .. But we will go back for sure

Went last night. Its a very intimate restaurant. Was greeted by the server, and the food and service was excellent. They don’t have an alcohol licence, but you can bring your own booze. The restaurant is not very big, but the atmosphere and experience was good. Would definitely go again and would recommend it.

Recently visited the new location of the Thai Corner restaurant, and our comments from my original post still stand!! Simply amazing food …
This is a great loss for bury, but certainly a great gain for the locals of Prestwich!!
I honestly highly recommend this place and will certainly be travelling that evmcyar mile or two to there new location.!!
The place serves true orthentic Thai food done right, with fresh bold favours, you be spoiled for choice ..
For all those who frequented the old location, the menu is still the same but with a few new additions. I can’t wait to try them all!! ..

Amazing little hidden gem of Bury.!!
This small intimate restaurant offers a true orthentic tatse of Thai land!!!..
All food is made fresh too order.
Great for a light bite or a good feed!!. Take away option available.
Probably on our 20th visit now an pretty much completed menu, so many flavoursome dishes don’t know which recommend first!!. — KOEW TEAW NUM TOK is an amazing beef broth noodle soup dish.!! Different from a beef noodle soup more flavour
Rely recommend giving this place a try!!
This is not my first visit and will not be my last!! That’s for sure!!! ..

I don’t really like leaving bad reviews but this is the third time I’ve visited here and been very disappointed by the attitude of the member of staff there each time. She is just the most unpleasant person and makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. Stands there with her arms crossed and a scowl on her face. Looks like she absolutely hates the place, and took my order like she was being held at gunpoint. (Please blink twice next time if you need help)
Only positive thing was that the food was nice, but I’m not sure I’d visit again.

Was surprised this got recently taken over. The menu is now half the size of the old one with some classics like khao soi missing. All prices have gone up. Restaurant was freezing cold. Felt the food was nicer under previous owner.

The restaurant changed hands recently and prior to the changeover I highly rated the food here and had eaten here perhaps 30 times. Unfortunately the kitchen staff has changed and the flavours are not the same – the meat quality was poor. The restaurant was freezing cold. When we asked for a bottle opener for the beer that we had brought the staff member suggested we use our teeth!!! our experience wasn’t good, and we all had upset stomachs the next day. I wish I knew where the previous owners have gone .. such a loss

Very disappointing. I have eaten at the Thai Corner in the past and the food was amazing. However, tonight in comparison, what a disaster! The wrong food was served to my friend then it appears the chef tried to recycle it as what I had ordered, crispy chicken. The crispy chicken was limp, gloop. I have never returned food, but today’s offerings to my palate looked and tasted inedible, unappetising and disappointing. It was reported to me by the waiter the new chef did not know what crispy chicken was.
And now this restaurant is charging £4 per person to bring their own drinks which was free previously and no notice given to this new charge. I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Just fantastic. Superb food and lovely venue with warm, attentive service. This is some of the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten and I’ve travelled all around the country itself. My girlfriend and I are going to eat our way through the whole menu!

Turned up on a Thursday night and was super busy, they managed to squeeze us in which was great. The food is delicious and big portions, will definitely be returning – but booking to make sure next time. The BYOB was great too and no charge for corkage!
