Small older establishment compared to spacious newer Chandler location. Food was good. More training needed at the order/register. Staff seemed tired and worn out. Most without smiles. Kitchen, prep area and small dining area did not appear clean. Will consider other locations.

I ordered for very first time with company app instead of DoorDash (because TC2Go offered me ten dollars to do so…see photo). They were 30 minutes late, the gentleman could not speak to me at all.. no English) and this store would not offer even me the original $10 credit for next time?!? Food is always good….. stay away from their app(use DoorDash they are more customer friendly)

We order TC2Go on a regular basis. We ordered 2 Massaman curries with chicken, and paid for one to have extra potatoes.
The potatoes (and carrots) all of them, in both containers, were raw, not al dente, not even a bit soft, completely hard and inedible. They tasted raw and were hard to bite into.
Terrible experience. This has happened before but I figured it was a one time issue. Extremely disappointed.

My son got the Thai Nuggets and they were delicious and I got some curry noodles w extra chicken and hot spicy and it’s amazing how tasty it is. Our family loves this place as we order a bunch of different things, but every single thing is delicious!

So my family and I regularly would eat here. However they have cut their serving sizes while prices are soaring. Yeah corporate greed is gonna kill places off during this recession. So the measurements for 1.3cups of rice is 15 dollars w/ a protein. However if you make this at home in bulk it’s approximately $1.50-2.00 per person for this fast paced restaurant. This doesn’t make much sense. I understand people need to make money, overhead. But to cut your portions, and gouge your regulars. That’s greed. I’ll make it myself. Best of luck

One of my coworkers turned me on to this place and I loved it. I am cutting carbs so I would ask the front counter person to sub rice for more vegetables and they were always happy to abide until the day when the manager was working. He told me he couldn’t do that because vegetables were too expensive. I guess he felt bad later as he saw me sitting with the rest of my group not eating so he told me he would make a one time exception and I wish he had not. They forgot my chicken and charged me $10 for roughly 1 cup of vegetables. Probably not going back (at least to this location).

Thai Chili 2 wait. Avoid unless you don’t like Thai food, and have too much time on your hands.
Under no circumstances should you order in store. My experience was sitting for a hour hungry with a drink getting warm. The staff is polite but will not tell you about the wait. Four order came out of the kitchen in the hour I was there most with 2 dishes, and one with 3-4.
Hilariously a friend called me 20 minutes into the wait and asked if I wanted Thai, because they were going to pick up from a local sit down restaurant…and their food arrived before mine.
You can judge a Thai resturant by their tom kha, it’s an amazing soup that is delightful if you’ve never tried it. I’ve never had bad tom kha until I tried Tagi Chili 2 Go. It was near inediblely sour because they missed ingredients. The coconut milk, which balances the sourdid so I was treated to a sour chicken soup. Adding my own coconut milk at home (luckily I had some) made it edible but not enjoyable. The chicken bites were pretty good, but other wise this place is the McDonalds of Thai food. This is a crime because you really have to try to make truley bad Thai food with it’s amazing ingredients, and even microwaveable options are better than this place.

We ordered from Thai Chilli tonight. The food was substandard. The red curry beef had noodles inside, was dry and we asked for rice. The pad thai was only 2/3 full and was dry. The pot stickers were also dry and we had no side of rice for any of the meals. We usually dont have any issues with Thai Chilli but i would think twice before ordering anything from this location. They would probably screw up a diet coke order.
We also just found numerous small pieces of hair plus a few longer pieces in the pad thai. Everyone should be fired from this store.

First time here and love it! I ordered the pad ping poa and the massaman curry and let me tell you! It was delicious! I haven’t had Thai food this good in forever! I am definitely coming back soon! I would like to try the rest of their menu. I will say their spice levels are not so spicy, so if you are going for a good spice level I would recommend trying the Thai spicy level. Must try! Food tastes better than what the pictures show. I was starving. I took them at the end.
