Horrible experience. First there is definitely discrimination based on the color of your skin. Caucasian were asked and educated about the rewards program. I was not. Others were and others were not. For this to be a fast food restaurant it took 25 minutes to get my order which was only 3 items. When I checked on the order I was told they are working on online orders. When I got home with the order the containers were barely half full, not hot although I was less than 10 minutes away, and I have never seen such tiny chickens wings ever again filling only half the container. False advertisement as the image on the wall has big wings exceeding the top of the box. Then to top it off the employee had a bad attitude and said here you go. Even a another random customer questioned the service I received. If I could give a 0 I would.

As someone who used to eat Thai Food quite often, I found the Tom Yum to be WAY too salty and there wasn’t enough lemon grass. Thai food already has soo much flavor, why add so much salt? The chicken broth maybe?
Service was kind and professional. Bit of a wait but I still think it was worth the wait! Just be sure to ask for less salt.

First time trying this chain. Mixed reviews. The wide noodles are good, but the drunken noodles had a strange off-putting odor. Ordered hot, got medium at best. Spring rolls were very dark. Old cooking oil.

I stopped in at Thai Chili to Go for lunch today and was very pleased with the meal. I had egg rolls, dumplings, spicy basil noodles, white rice, and steamed veggies. One nice feature is that they let you choose from four different types of veggies. Their duck sauce was great with the egg rolls. Everything was cooked to order and came out hot and delicious. Highly recommend for a satisfying and flavorful meal!

My wife and I came across this restaurant a few months ago and have been back many times. We come from CG just to go here. The serving size is huge and the food is always hot and fresh. Only complaint is the soda and the ice machine taste really really bad. Oh and the service is quick the cashier is always very helpful with any questions we have

Rice bowls. This concern is regarding sauces. Why aren’t there samples 5 different flavors. If you never had the sauces, how would a person know what to pick. Your slightly savory & slightly sweet or even spicy could be completely different from what a customers orders. I want to know for sure, whatever I pick is what I want because I’ve already sampled it.

We visited Thai Chili 2 Go shortly after the restaurant opened its doors. The lobby was packed with people to the point that it was standing room only. We decided to wait a couple weeks and try again. This time, the restaurant was not as busy and we were able to get a table. The way this restaurant works is the customers place an order at a window, the food is prepared, and placed into packaging to go, even if the customer is eating there. This format is more customary for a fast food restaurant, so we were a little surprised that they took 15 minutes to prepare our food. When our food was ready, we found it to be fresh and delicious. The total was $32 for two people. We would recommend this restaurant to others, just be prepared to wait.

The staff is always friendly and attentive . So often I am made to feel like an interruption to the cell phone in other establishments but not in T2G in Maricopa . I credit the manager with establishing a customer-first attitude . The food is reasonably priced in today’s market . Frankly , the decor is a little bit school-cafeteria-like for it to be worthy of mention but that is obviously by design . Overall , T2G has become our favorite fast-food place here .
