Delicious flavorful food. We were happy to find vegan options that were actually good, and we didn’t get up charged for it!
The staff was very friendly and super attentive from the second we sat down. We got our food really fast too. I definitely recommend.

My wife & I go here all the time. This small family owned restaurant has very fresh food that tastes amazing. There are so many great selections to try. The staff is very kind and attentive. If you love Thai food this place is a must try!

I’ve been trying to find a Thai food restaurant that had good, flavorful, tasty Pad Thai. I’ve gone to so many places in San Antonio, none were good enough. Thankfully after years I’ve found the place!!! AND they have good sushi , and I love the way they cook their gyoza !! The ladies welcomed us in even though we showed up 5 minutes before closing and they were so sweet and nice and friendly! The music they played was great and the patrons were even friendly. Not one bad thing to say! Can’t wait to go back again!

So the last time I visited this resturant will definitely be my last time. I visited this restaurant several times in the past and never had a problem. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. The food this last time was absolutely horrible. So bad that I asked the waitress if there was a new chef in the kitchen. She replied, “No” but it was so hard to believe. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and it looked terrible, just look at the pictures for yourself. Usually I will not order a second entree if the first one was unsatisfactory but this day I was a bit hungry so I gave it another try. Wrong decision, the second dish was just as bad. It was swimming in oil, just looking at it made my stomach turn. If there was a change in the chef I hope they find the old one and if it was not a change there needs to be one. I wish them nothing but success in the future. I have no other choice but to take my business elsewhere. I did not eat the food, so I was offered a 20% which I accepted because there were two entered prepared for me but if it had been me I would have not charged anything…That’s just me!

What a gem! The restaurant is a little small but it’s super comfortable to sit in. The staff seem like they took a lot of pride in their work and it shows. The food was fresh, filling, and oh my goodnessss the broth for the Pho was phenomenal. The price for the food feels well worth it.

I just discovered Thai Chef recently but I wish I had known about them sooner! Their food is delicious and their staff is amazing and super friendly. Their soups and hot tea are my favorites and my husband enjoyed the sushi and pot stickers. This is a great place to have in the Schertz/Cibolo area!

I love coming here with friends and family! They never disappoint to serve amazing food and have great service. I ordered the Phat Woonsen which was delicious per usual. Along with that, my friend ordered Salmon Nigiri, Spider roll, and crab rangoon. The Thai tea was the perfect drink to pair with the food. Y’all should definitely check this place out!

Tried Thai Chef and was really let down. The yellow curry (labeled “Thai Chef Curry”) was overwhelming — way too much peanut butter or peanut sauce, which completely threw off the flavor. The portion was tiny too — it came in what looked like a 16 oz takeout container, which is not enough for a proper dinner entrée.
We also ordered pho, and that was another miss. It had a strange, off-putting taste that didn’t sit right. Overall, the food didn’t meet expectations at all. For the price and the hype, this was a very bad experience. Won’t be eating here again.
