I had not been here in months and went to eat today. Horrible service. I sat down and ordered a hot tea because the restaurant was freezing. I forgave the freezing part because I figured that the heat was out and was willing to give them a break. The waitress had disappeared after I ordered the tea. Then ten minutes later she appeared again and said she would being getting it right away and disappeared again. Then ten minutes later another girl came to my table and asked me if I would like anything to drink. When I told her that I had ordered a tea but it was taking a really long time she said “oh okay” and moved on. As she walked away I said “I am ready to order though.” She ignored me and walked away. I got up and left. Some of my friends said they think there must be new management because the service has gone downhill. I hope this was an isolated incident and not the new normal.
