As a foodie I was skeptical about spaghetti noodles instead of flat wide noodles for their pad kee mao but the flavor did not disappoint! It was incredible!! I’ve apparently been making
Spaghetti wrong my whole life. My fiance ordered the tofu curry (vegan) dish and he said it was rich and creamy! The server was super nice and attentive. The restaurant was quaint and nicely decorated. We can’t wait to return and try their curry puffs. 10/10 recommend! Kudos to the chef!!

I stopped by Thai Buri for a quick lunch and was so glad I did. The restaurant is quiet, welcoming, and has that calm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place you can tell is family run, the attention to detail, the friendliness, and the care put into the food all shine through.

I ordered the chicken panang curry, and it was absolutely delicious. The curry was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with just the right balance of spice and sweetness. The chicken was tender, and the fresh vegetables added both color and crunch. It came with a simple serving of rice, but together it made for a hearty and comforting meal. You could taste that this wasn’t just thrown together; it felt like food made with pride.

What stood out to me most was how comforting the whole experience was. From the warm service to the flavorful dish, it reminded me of why small family-owned restaurants are so special. There’s a certain warmth here that you just don’t get from bigger, chain-style places.

If you’re looking for a quiet spot with authentic flavors and heart behind the cooking, Thai Buri is a gem. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu, but the panang curry has already set the bar high.

First time here for lunch. Great variety of menu options. Our dishes were flavorful. The portions were generous. I went with medium heat and it was perfect, not too spicy to enjoy but had a little heat. I like that they have a variety of noodle dishes (vermicelli, glass, etc) to chose from. They also had curry but we didn’t try that this visit. The service was exceptional. If you like Thai food, give this place a go; you wont regret it.

The Thai food here was exceptionally good! Tastes very authentic, and would highly recommend trying their appetizer Buri Chicken Curry Puffs and Panang Curry (has a spicy kick to it but so good!). If you want a noodle dish, my husband got the Ki Mow Spaghetti based on our waiter’s recommendation, and it was GOOD!! Overall, would come again and would recommend trying it.

Walked in for dinner and was greeted by a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. I ordered the classic Pad Thai with beef at a mild spice level. In hindsight, I wish I’d gone spicier — the mild was very mild. My friend got the shrimp fried rice with spice level three, and she found it totally manageable.

The real standout for me was the Tom Kha soup, absolutely delicious. I finished the whole bowl and honestly wished I had ordered it as my main dish. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Great place for vegetarians and vegans looking for good Thai food. I hesitatingly asked our server if my noodles could be made without fish sauce and was delighted to hear that they could make any of the dishes without fish sauce or meat…! I’d like to go back to try some of their other menu items. I also sampled steamed vegetable dumpings which tasted very refreshing with its subtle basil flavoring. The restaurant does not have any lunch specials so you will end up ordering full portions. The place is a tad expensive but it’s also good if you are s vegetarian or vegan craving good quality Thai food!

One of my favorite Thai Restaurants in SA!

The curry puffs are a must. Have tried most of their curry’s and each one is delicious (my favorite is the green). Recently tried the crispy duck and it was amazing!

The staff is so sweet and the restaurant has a cozy home feel to it. Love this place

It’s a not big restaurant, very quiet and cozy, with friendly stuff. There’s Asian soft music is playing, the restaurant is nicely decorated, and the employees look Thai, which creates the perfect, authentic atmosphere, which I always appreciate.
The food is very good and very authentic. It was the best vegetable dumplings that I’ve ever tried. And their tempura was perfect.
The place is not cheap, but it’s totally worth for longing it for more.

I was introduced to this hidden gem by a work colleague…my have I been missing out! I’ve tried a few places (Thai specific) none like this location! I plan to continue coming back, even if I live about an hour away lol.

Even my husband was in love!

Their curry is out of this world! Super flavorful. My partner got the coconut shrimp pasta, also DELICIOUS. Our plan is to try something new off their menu each time we make our way out here.

The environment is also welcoming. Also, the staff is genuinely attentive, drinks topped off, and warm smiles ALL the time.

Prices are a little on the higher end BUT you are getting quality along with quantity! Portions are well served.

For appetizers, highly recommend the pyramid spring rolls & the golden mushrooms!

I have been going to Thai Buri since they opened and never left a review (as I generally don’t review anything). However, I feel it’s time to do so. This restaurant is execellent. It’s definitely the best Thai restaurant in San Antonio but it also outshines many other restaurants due to the quality of food and the service. I have never had a bad meal here. My favorites are the Ke Maw Spagetti and the Tom Yum Spagetti but I have tried other dishes and all are excellent. The service is definitely top notch. If you love Thai food, run there. If you have never tried Thai food, please go there and try it out. You won’t regret it.
