Very disappointing service.
My partner, child, and I visited around 4 PM when the restaurant was empty. The owner was training a new front desk employee. We made eye contact when we walked in, but there was no greeting or acknowledgment. After we sat down, the owner came over and simply said “Just 3?” with no welcome.
When my partner asked about juice options, the owner impatiently said it was on the menu. We understood that, but as customers it’s normal to ask questions. A simple answer or guidance would have been appreciated.
The owner remained cold and impatient during the entire ordering process, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Before the food was prepared, we decided to leave and explained politely that the service made us uncomfortable.
Instead of listening, the owner argued with us and raised her voice. She said she was training the new employee and that’s why she ignored us earlier, but that doesn’t excuse the rude interaction.
This was the first time we’ve experienced such poor service at a restaurant. Unfortunately, we left feeling disrespected and won’t be returning.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Thai Bistro in Mill Creek for about 6–7 years now, and they never disappoint! My go-to dish is always the chicken pad thai, and it’s consistently delicious every single time. The flavors are spot on, and the portions are generous—enough to leave you satisfied for multiple meals. It’s truly a gem in the neighborhood, and I keep coming back for more. Highly recommend it!

My family was famished after church and we needed a place to eat good food. I have a thing for Thai food and I searched this restaurant close to my church in mill creek and I was not disappointed. The meals are affordable (average $15) & they were large enough. We ordered 3 plates/servings for a family of 5 with Thai tea and my kids (picky eaters) loved everything.
We still needed to take one full plate home as we were already full.
We got value for our money and I dare say it’s worth every penny.
Compared to other Asians restaurants we have visited, their level of hotness in spice is high so tread carefully. I was lucky to have picked 4 (I normally pick 5 everywhere else) and that was the perfect for my family (we love hot spicy food).
I highly recommend this place. It’s neat, quiet and the service was great.

This is one of my favorite thai places to go to in the area. The food is very tastey and appealing(see photos), and the service is fast and friendly. It is always an enjoyable experience when I come in. I definitely recommend trying this place out, and fitting it into your rotation.

I am surprised to see this Thai restaurant doesn’t have 5 stars!! The food is incredibly delicious, top quality in taste and service!
My dish was the Asian Lime Ribs…OMG, the meat fell off the bone, it took a while to receive, BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!! My MIL got the Seafood Combo fried rice made with brown rice (she chose it), my dad ordered the the Golden Duck, he was a little iffy because he had never had duck before but went for it anyway, he was BLOWN away!! He gave me a piece and it definitely was DELICIOUS!! The sticky black rice was to die for!
The decor is outstanding!! I want to go again with my husband because it has a romantic feel to it! I loved it!!! Cant wait to go back again!!

Don’t take Level 3 spiciness, very spicy even for Asians, lol!
Some authentic taste is missing compared to authentic Thai foods from Thailand, but pretty good. Glad to have Som Tam Thai (green papaya salad).

I love this place! Food is very good except that last time I ordered duck to go with some other dishes. Everything was great, except duck looked very miserable and it was the most expensive dish around $25.
It was very dry and I would not order it if I knew that it was just a thigh and a drumstick on a spinach. I would not pay even $10 for it.
