I’ll start by saying that the place is run by a mother and daughter team and exemplifies the concept of a passion for food and service. Mom tried to retire, but love of food brought her back. The daughter was simply one of the nicest, most approachable servers/owners that I have ever met. They are here because they want to be, and that is a unique situation.
The place is clean, simple, and welcoming. I had the chicken salad rolls, which were delicate and flavorful and I had the Massaman Curry which was perfect . I loved that the peanuts were well toasted, an extra step that many places do not bother with. I also loved the artistically carved radish, which lit up the plate like a little light house beckoning hungry travelers.
I missed a selection of good broths, an offering that for me, usually defines a Thai restaurant. I love my Tom Yum like a dog loves rolling in the dust, but the owner assured me that broths will be added to the menu in the near future which will draw me back like a wild animal to the watering hole.
Mom will probably retire again at some point so seize the moment and go in for a meal and a visit. Really one of the nicest people I have met in ages!

We tried the bbq pork and the chicken bbq and both turned out delicious. Both the pork and chicken were tender and tasty. For dessert we had the mango sticky rice and it turned out good also. The service was friendly and fast. Definitely recommended!

I had a big order.. took only 20 mins I was very pleased and food was Really Delicious!!!! 10/10 curry was perfect surprisingly good even with brown rice and pineapple fried rice with cashews was perfect!!! And salad rolls really good too!!! Definitely Recommend and will come back soon!!!

Excellent healthy food and service. Super quick service. Very kind and well mannered servers. Authentic Thai food and family ran business and the Thai Tea with Coconut Milk is fanominal, it touches the soul and is so refreshing. Food was Excellent.

Wow! What an amazing experience for my family! The food is excellent and made from scratch. The Thai iced tea was so refreshing; the appetizers top notch, and the entrees left us full with leftovers to enjoy at home! I love Thai food. I have been to pretty much every Thai food place in Vancouver, and I have honest thoughts and opinions about them all. Thai BBQ is a hidden gem. My goodness, this is the BEST Thai food in Vancouver.
I have ordered take out multiple times, and have been blown away by how rich and flavorful the food is every single time.
This time, my friend and I sat inside to eat, and had such a wonderful experience. The restaurant was so clean, with hand sanitizer at every table, too. It smelled incredible inside. We were greeted by the kindest woman, who gave us excellent recommendations when we asked her for thoughts on what to order. This is the best pad ki mow I’ve ever had, and my friend ordered the BBQ pork, which was incredible! I finished every single bite on my plate and didn’t even need a box.
The pad Thai is a meal I have ordered to go multiple times, and it is also the best I have ever had – it isn’t sweet like a lot of the other places, and tastes like true Thai flavors!
With excellent service, delicious food that is reasonably priced with a nice portion, I know this is our new favorite Thai place! It’s exciting that they are only 5 minutes away from us! I am pretty sure we’ll be regulars here!
