My new favorite place in Santa Cruz! The chicken dumplings were delicious. The dishes have spice level options of 1-5. We got 2 and 3 and both were very spicy but delicious! The curry and the fried rice were very flavorful. Will definitely be back!

We went to this restaurant last Saturday for an early dinner. There were no other people at the restaurant when we arrived. We were not even sure if they were open because the entrance door was closed and there was a huge lock on it. The server brought us water and the menus and wanted to take our order right away. We asked for a few minutes since we were not familiar with their menu. We asked for fresh vegetable rolls to start with and the server just wanted to rush us to order everything we wanted. We asked him what dishes he would recommend for someone who is on a plant based diet? He didn’t seem to understand the question and when I elaborated he said that the wok dishes. However, there was nothing marked on the menu about wok or anything else. He seemed to be annoyed when I asked him to show it on the menu and he just “circled” a few with his finger. We ordered a dish and a soup to share. He confirmed it multiple times and switched plates, brought us cups. We got our food which was absolutely delicious. The portions were smaller than in other restaurants and there was no rice on the plate with the vegetables… We ordered one, but he forgot to bring it to us on time… We felt like eating one more dish and wanted to order a basil dish, however they told us that we would have to wait at least 25 minutes because they were busy with takeouts. They literally wanted to convince us not to order more, but leave. They even said no to the desserts and brought us the receipt. We left disappointed and there was nobody to say goodbye to when we exited the place. They should at least communicate their “order policy” better towards the customers.

What a great little spot! We stopped by to grab take out and ended up staying to eat inside instead. The service was great and attentive and the food was delicious! We did the fresh spring rolls, pad see ew, and yellow curry with level 2 spice. We devoured it all and enjoyed every single bite. Cant wait to go back!

Fantastic vegan pad thai, the chef put a lot of time into perfecting a balanced and thoughtful pad thai sauce. They’re also very careful with cross contamination which we really appreciate. Cozy, family restaurant vibes. This is our new favorite thai place in the whole Bay Area, highly recommend it!

Beach Town Traveler

I recently moved to the area and decided to stop by for a light lunch to sample the food. I ordered the fresh rolls and the veggie soup. The peanut sauce that accompanied the fresh rolls was delicious. However, the soup was quite lacking in tofu and vegetables, as it was mostly broth. Flavors were good, so I would definitely come back for dinner, but would not get the soup again.

This is some of the best food my family and I have ever had! Super fresh and delicious! My boys got the pad Thai spice level zero and it was some of the most flavorful and delicious pad Thai we’ve ever had. My husband got the yellow curry spice level one. I got spice level two on my green curry and it was still clearing out our sinuses so just be aware of that when choosing a spice level. I like spicy, but 2 or 3 would be plenty spicy for me. Both amazing! We also all loved the vegetable soup. The broth was so yummy and veggies seemed freshly blanched/not mushy texture…just pure perfection. Wish I could eat here more often!

I usually hate coming to Santa Cruz but i had to come to this area to visit family. We had stopped by this place today because my mom wanted thai food and this place had surprised us because its such a small hidden restaurant but the food was amazinggg. Im from the bay area and the thai food in the area is mediocre but i love loved the pad thai and sweet and sour here. The spice was on point because usually other places don’t do as spicy but this is real thai spice and i really enjoyed that.

We were looking for something relatively light and not dough based and happened to come across this Thai restaurant and I’m so happy we did! I had the Pad Thai and it was honestly delicious. Great portion size (lunch menu is slightly cheaper and smaller) but mostly really good and deep flavours. 100% recommend if youin the area!

Excellent food!! We ordered the Curry Noodle & the Pad Se-ew. Both were excellent, the curry was a little spicy & we ordered it at a 1 ‍♀️ just a prewarning… But the pad se-ew was so good we ordered a second one to go!! Portion sizes where very good as well.
Highly recommend.
Cute little local spot.
